A bit pricey but im about 3/4 of the way through first bottle and i def notice i have a bit more pep when working out, just remember that they're not magic pills and you need to turn that energy into effort while exercising to see results.

it says results from 6 weeks on the pack, but I'm dreaming and waking up with morning wood, for the first time in years, after day one. Focus is better, mood is better, sleep is better and sex drive is through the roof from nothing.
