Very good support, comes with a lot of nipple covers. Can cut to appropriate size or shape to conceal under clothes to go braless. Can take some practice to get used to using so it's best to practice ahead of when you need to wear it. I wear a 36H bra and I used this tape successfully. Did not roll or peel up from under boob sweat. Ample amount for price so great value too. The longer you wear it the easier it will be to remove so keep that in mind and put it on earlier if possible.
