Buy these by the case for my Grandma. She used to use another brand and would leak through and smell. Once my grandfather and I read the specs on this and the amount of liquid that they hold we were sold. We ordered out first case from another site but, shortly converted to Amazon for the savings and fast shipping.My family is very thankful to have found these underwear for grandma as we are cleaning up a lot less mess and we do not have to double up! These have saved our couches, chairs, cars and her clothes!!!

I wear a Tena thick pad inside my panties and I use these to wear over my panties. I also use these to hold up the huge pads called Tena Night Super pads.

The size has changed of late -not as comfortable as in past years. Tighter than previous years-have used product foryears so the tighter size was very noticeable to me-notified company -dont seem to care!

I've used this product for several years but the change they've made to the depth of the brief has made them very uncomfortable. I will not be able to use them any lonnger. I'm homebound and hate the thought of searching for something else.

Urinary incontinence.

Absorbency is excellent pulling liquid away from skin. Easy to put on and take off.

My mother, now in a nursing home, loves these now and loved them before in the assisted living home. She thinks they are comfortable and look just like 'real underwear'.
