I like it
I like this feeder; I do not have squirrel problems yet. So I cannot speak to if it is squirrel proof or not. The only issue I had was it made a mess when filling it. The seeds must come out so not a huge issue. I only use sunflower seeds, so the seed size could be the issue. It looks nice and is well made. I have not had it up for to many days, no problems.

Birds love it!
This is a nice looking bird feeder that is made of metal. The hopper is divided in half with different size holes of either side. The lid stays on well, I have seen some squirrels try to break in but they gave up after a couple of days and forage leftovers on the ground now. The birds seem to prefer the larger screened side as I have to fill that side about twice as often. I have spotted a pair of juvenile Redbirds, a North American woodpecker as well as a verigated (spelling?) woodpecker. We have some really small birds that I will just generalize as sparrows as well as some mean ol’ Blue Jays, they always run all of the other birds off and then scarf. It’s a hoot to watch them hop around while dining. We have a covey of Quails that run out of the woods and forage on the ground beneath the feeders and then run back to the woods. We have Wild Turkeys and Sand Hill Cranes that all come by and forage ground pickings as well. For the record this makes bird feeder number three that is in the yard now. There are some small cups that I assume are for water but we have a bath with a fountain for them to get fresh water so I have just ignored those little cups. And then there is the light…what is up with that? Mine quit working after about a week and I don’t know if it’s just too shady to charge back up nor do I care. Enough about the light. For the thirty dollar entry fee for this feeder I consider it a fair value for a metal feeder as one will get multiple seasons of use for a metal feeder. Sometimes wood ones don’t even last a single season depending on what material they were made of. The bottom line is that the birds like this feeder and use it everyday so that’s what matters so I imagine birds in your neighborhood will like it as well. Get yours today.

I really love this birdfeeder, but I want you to know...
It was weird to me thinking of a solar-lighted birdfeeder, but then I remembered that ever since my Maple tree grew up big enough I've had families of Robin Redbreasts every single year. And they start singing at about 3:45am every single morning. So, having a solar lighted bird feeder is like a welcoming beacon to them. It's really lovely. A really unexpected treat is that the cardinals adore it. I have different feeders in different colors and the cardinals prefer this white one while the bluejays prefer the green one. The other birds aren't quite as finicky. LOL. This feeder is really cool because you can put different types of birdseed on opposite sides and the divider keeps them separate. The only thing I am disappointed in is that the design that's in the pictures is not even visible in reality. Maybe if I sit it on the ground completely empty it will, but with birdseed and actually hanging in the air it does not cast the design onto the ground. It does light the ground, though. I still love it. Highly recommended.

Beautiful solar bird feeder!
This black and white solar bird feeder is really pretty, and I'm very happy with it. It's over 8 inches tall and wide, and you can use it all year. It has two small cups to catch rainwater for the birds to drink. The solar panel is a nice size, so it charges all day in the sun and lights up at night. It comes with a sturdy hanger, but the grates on one side are a bit bigger, so I need to use a different seed on that side or it will fall on the ground. This way, birds of all sizes can eat from the feeder. It makes a great gift for the animal lover in your life!

Nice feeder but edges a little sharp
This feeder fits our back yard perfectly. It's relatively lightweight, very easy to fill (compared to other feeders with similar tops) and the inside is divided so you can fill it with two different types of seed to attract different varieties of birds.I love the solar light included in the top; makes a convenient little lamp for the evening and could probably help you see more diners into the late evening if it was a little brighter. Still, I appreciate the aesthetic. The little metal cups for water on the rim are a nice though, but they were instantly filled with seed kicked up by the birds before I had a chance to fill them with water. Thinking I won't be using those for their intended purpose and may just pull them off. The edges were pretty sharp on them, too, so I'd be worried about cutting my finger when cleaning. Not sure if it would hurt the birds.

Easy to clean and fill
I take my feeders down at night, so the light is useless and I don't use the water cups, since a birdbath is 3 meters away. The feeder itself is easy to fill and clean, I can see where the divider can be beneficial, and may get use in the winter. Overall a sturdy metal feeder.

Cute but watering ports are useless
This feeder comes with little watering ports but they are kind of useless. In hot weather the water evaporates by midday, but we have a bird bath so it's ok.Otherwise, really cute, easy to clean, put it up and it was filled with birds within 2 minutes so I think the birds like it too. :)

Solar for night lighting
This bird feeder is squirrel proof, two feeding sized compartments with water cups, and easy to install.
