Good powder overall. Taste is a little sharp, but it does the job. The container is almost full upon opening and they are clear on their ingredients.

The tropical punch flavor for the bcaa is absolutely disgusting it doesn’t taste like tropical punch, it doesn’t have a good smell either. I bought the bcaa and the creatine the creatine tropical punch same brand taste way better than the bcaa. I don’t usually write reviews but I gotta let people know it taste bad because I almost died.

This is really great, I take this before workout and on the next day of rest, this really helps post workout pain, it is so much better when taking this. It loses one star for the taste 😆 I got the fruit punch and it does taste like fruit punch, that’s not the problem, It’s just that the amino acids are so strong. No pain no gain right 😆 You want this! I tried this because I use the transparent lab protein powder, and it’s the absolute best protein powder I’ve ever had, I mix it with water and it taste like a chocolate malt, no awful protein flavor, or aftertaste! So good! Don’t, mix this with the protein powder, it just ruins it 😆 I drink this after protein and just before workout and the next day, so far I’ve had great results and will continue to use it, definitely worth the money. I love transparent labs!

This is one of the nastiest BCAA I’ve ever tasted. After shaking in a bottle there’s a foam about 2 inches always forming at the top and it never goes away. The taste is so bitter it tastes like an expired beet root and feels like I’m drinking some yucky medicine every time. This is probably the worst drink I’ve ever had and I feel sick.
