I actually really liked the shoe, but I tried 2 sizes and neither one fit very well. 14 was too big and 13 was just a hair too small. I had to return both.

I decided to try these out for park walks, which I take daily. The shoes fit true to size and incredibly comfortable. I ordered my standard shoe size and there was just enough room for the shoes to feel snug, but still allowed my toes room to breath.Walking in the shoes is pleasant as they provide a good bit of support. The soles provide a good amount of cushioning, and the soft outer sole, provides a good amount of resistance while not feeling like rubber slapping pavement. As stated, this isn't really my style, but they do their job very well.I walk 2 miles a day, 5 days a week in a park. The walking trail is mostly paved but there are a few loose pieces of slate type pea gravel, and this is what causes the shoes to lose a star for me. The downside between standard soles and the softer cushioned soles of these shoes is resistance to sharp objects. Everyone has got a rock stuck in the tread of their shoes before and it creates a very aggravating sensation. Very small, but sharp, pieces of gravel were able to embed in the actual soles of these shoes, and you only realize it once they progressed deeply enough you can feel them poking your feet on the downstep.Otherwise, the shoes are very durable and after a month, with very minor care, they still look practically brand new unless you look at the bottom of the sole.
