The bag has great features but the metal clip is broken
I received the bag just a few days after my order so the shipping was fast. Below are some things I noticed both good and not so good. I've also attached a quick video (no sound) so you can see what it looks like and what I found.I have only used my carrier a few times using the small handles on the sides of the bag. I needed to switch to the large shoulder strap while I was at a store. When I switched to the large shoulder strap the carrier, with my puppy in it, fell to the ground. One of the metal clip ends was broken, it completely fell off. I've tried to place it back in but it isn't secure when using the strap, it falls right back out like there is no hold. I do really like the bag and all the features but this is a problem.The not so good (but not a deal breaker)- I found a spot were the brown leather had been scratched or torn off. This must have happened before packaging and shipment since it came in a bag when I opened the box.- The bag handles seem uneven, so it tilts/leans slightly when you hold it by the handles. Not sure if it does this due to its packaging and will be better after some use.- The metal clip is broken on the shoulder strapThe good- The side straps are thick and secure, good quality- The top of the bag has a cover that will cover the mesh top and clips shut with a magnet when rolled up- The clips on the zippers are plastic, but still a really nice feature- The breathable nylon mesh on the 3 sides and top are very well done and secure- The inside bottom is removable for washing if needed and has a hard bottom so is doesn't dip- The side pocket has enough room for toys, treats, and leash- There is a D-ring inside for leash attaching. It is located on the right side of the bag (opposite side from the pocket) (does show in the video)- It is sturdy and wont collapse on your pet or fold over while traveling

The best dog carrier!!
The best dog carrier I have ever seen! Very durable. This carrier have made to make dog’s owner more convenient. Not only the crossbody strap, but also the pockets for the owner to put the stuff in the bag. The dog’s bed is really soft and puffy. I love the small door that I can open and pet my dog thru the small door without worring that my dog will sneak out from the carrier.

Super Snuggly Dog Airplane Bag~
We have a 10 pound pomapoo that fits perfectly in this airline bag. He has plenty of room to wiggle around in. We are very happy with the excellent quality of the fabric and the bed inside is very soft. We are very pleased with this bag overall!

I ordered an expandable version of this. The sides did not expand. Very disappointing. Color was same as photo

this product is amazing! This is a perfect size to carry your dog to the airplane ride. My dog hates being in the carrier and she cries. So I expanded the side and she was a lot better. It's pretty good quality as well. Recommend it!

Functional and attractive
I purchased this carrier to fly my cat from New Mexico to Pennsylvania, and what can I say? This carrier is amazing! It looks nice and is extremely functional. The expander is great for giving your baby extra space, the pocket in the “back” is great for carrying extra food/medications/paperwork for your pet, and the removable liner is easily removed and washed for any accidents. I got many compliments at the airport on the carrier.

The mesh was not a sturdy material. My 4 month old Biewer (3.5 pounds) quickly chewed a hole through it and made it escapable and unusable.

Not bad
Nice carrier although it doesn't stand up very well the sides sort of squish down. I also have a Sherpa which I like better as it keeps its shape. I do like having the top opening - that is a big help with cats.
