If you need an Emergency Bag, this is it
Over the past year, I’ve watched wildfires in Cali, hurricanes in Houston and crazy snow in the Northeast. I figured it was only a matter of time before some natural disaster headed my way. So I finally bucked up and bought this Emergency bag. This thing is legit! All the items come very neatly in their own sealed ziplocks. This is waaay better than if I tried to DIY it. You can even tell the backpack itself is serious quality. Very cool, highly recommend and already I have this lined up as gifts for Birthdays and X-mas time. Wish I would have snagged this sooner. Highly recommend!!

Very well organized kit
I just received the bag, and (thankfully) have not had to use it, but I am impressed with it. The backpack itself seems to be well made, and, as promised, it is filled with a supply of essential things - food, water, basic first aid, a combination radio/flashlight/cellphone charger that does not need batteries - that one would need in an emergency.

Good bag
This is a good bag but it needs extra room to put copies of important papers, personal medication and a change of clothes. Otherwise it has everything needed.

Sweet Survival Bag for Car/Closet
Love this bag, exactly what I was looking for. My goal was to have a survival kit to keep in my car in case of emergency (camping/climbing/ski trip, disaster at home etc...) I looked around a bunch and thought of whipping out my old scout handbook to put a case together myself. But this bags collection of survival equipment was pretty robust and it was easier to buy a ready made bag anyway.Highlights are definitely not light in the sustenance/hydration department. Pretty wide selection in the first aid/hygiene kit, I didn't see anything I needed to add.Excited to hopefully never use it!

The zippers immediately broke
The contents inside might be good but the backpack is cheaply made and the first time I tried to open it, the zippers broke. Not good!

Has some decent gear but is packed in a cheap backpack. The zippers were already failing under the weight of the bag as soon as I first took it out of the box. I wouldn't trust this backpack in an emergency. I'm going to take out the gear and move it to a more quality backpack.

As a healthcare worker and a longtime San Franciscan, I am a little embarrassed to admit that I have NOT been prepared! Stumbled upon this company called The Earthquake Bag, and decided to get on board. I am really impressed with this bag! Comes fully equipped not only with the essentials, but also with some pretty sweet gadgets (my favorite is the 4-in-1 flashlight/radio/siren/cell phone charger). I feel like a modern day MacGyver, and actually had to refrain myself from deconstructing it for recreational use/camping :) . But in all sincerity, I am really excited to have this in my home, and feel legitimately prepared if faced with a natural disaster. As an aside, The Earthquake Bag is a really cool company, they have great customer service, they are humble in their mission/values, and I love their commitment to giving back both through service and donations to disaster relief. Highly recommended!

After all the storms last year, I decided I wanted to have the basics packed and ready to go for me and my family, just in case. I was going to make my own, but after a few months of not doing it I decided to see what was available. I wanted to be prepared with quality items. This bag seemed like what I had imagined - something quality I feel like I could rely on if (god forbid) I needed to, without paying an arm and a leg. It turns out that buying theirs was about the same cost as making my own would have been without the hassle.Hopefully I never have to use it, but I'm glad to have food, water, first aid, some hygiene items, along with the shelter and really cool tools that came neatly packed. Also, I had a question about how to use the hand crank light-charger-radio, and they got back to me right away. I love my earthquake bag. And I love that they as a company give back to those who have been affected by storms.
