The media could not be loaded.  I love it. Took a couple days but my cat loves it. He accidentally picked it up with his mouth and dropped it in water and it’s still working but kinda rusted already. Great toy though!

This toy functions as advertised and seems to have reasonable battery life, but it's quite loud and often gets stuck under furniture.I moved to an apartment without mice, which I was much happier about than my cat. I purchased this thing thinking that it would slake my cat's bloodlust, but apparently it is not a very convincing mouse substitute. When he touched it for the first time and it suddenly started making a grinding whir and scooting back and forth, he jumped away and hid under a chair to watch it suspiciously. He kept testing it over the next couple weeks but seems to have given up on it now.On the human side, the sound is really startling and annoying. It might be fine if you live in a bigger apartment and can't hear it from everywhere else in the house (including through the bedroom door at night). For me, I'm happy my cat doesn't seem to like it so I can get rid of it and never hear that sound again.

So I bought this for my 10 year old DSH and he really enjoyed it. Since it needs hard floor to work I picked it up and left it on my work station after he was done with it. He got in the habit of retrieving it and playing with it in the kitchen floor for several months. Then one day I noticed it had migrated into the family room. Since I was carrying groceries in I made a mental note to pick it up later. That was my mistake. Since that time it has disappeared. It's not under furniture or in the kitty toy box so I'm here today ordering a new one since he seems to miss it. He also enjoys the HexBugs and the HexBug mouse but I find this easier for me since the battery last longer and it's to big to go under the kitchen appliances. This toy is recommended by Hitch.

My cats are really picky about toys. I’m not certain how they decide, but it’s always fun to watch when something passes their inspection. They love this mouse! I appreciate the amazing customer service response. Had a slight hiccup with the first one and they immediately sent a replacement (which I didn’t even ask for), along with the promotional toy mouse at no charge. The promotional mouse doesn’t move on it’s own, but the lifelike sounds after they touch it has them fascinated. The mice work differently and they have not gotten bored yet. Best cat toys I’ve ever purchased so far! Couple that with the extremely friendly and competent customer service and they will be my go-to place to shop online for my fur-babies.Strongest recommendation I can give for such a great value and experience.

The media could not be loaded.  I received a replacement for the toy since the first one didn't work well. I have to say that I'm impressed and appreciative at their response and willingness to replace the toy. The replacement toy worked so much better and all my cats are happily playing with the house. It squeaks which attracts the other cats. It's a great toy for cats and dogs. I actually purchased it after my friend showed me a video of her pup playing with it and chasing it around the house.

My two (large) cats loved this toy - played with it nonstop for about an hour when it stopped 'responding' to their touch. I had bought extra batteries, so I immediately went to change out the one it came with. I figured it may have not been fully charged or something, but when I picked up the toy it still 'squeaked', and changing out the battery did not make it start responding to the cats' touches again, only squeaks. The cats only chased it around, no crazy roughhousing, so I don't know what could have caused this. If you have an extremely gentle cat it may be worth a try, but I will not be re-buying this item.

Based on the product details, and price, I had no expectations of this wheeled toy being able to function on carpet, or any similarly textured surface (of course, I had to test it anyway, to be sure). MAYBE it will work on super low-pile carpet (like in an office building), but it definitely rolls fine on hardwood and tile. The touch sensor is pretty sensitive, which is good for my kitty, but wow, the little sucker is LOUD! I didn't notice it at first, because there was a lot of background noise, but I stopped leaving it out after my first 3 a.m. jump scare. Overall, I'd say this product is worth the price, but my cat (a little over a year old) lost interest in it within a few days, and resumed her hunt for shoelaces.

Great product right out of the box already had a battery in place and came with an additional spare battery. Works fantastic on hardwood floors kitchen tile Etc. He squeaks or it's more of a chirping sound and it's not so loud that it's annoying. Grace (my tabby) likes it, I wouldn't say she loves it. I personally give it 5 Stars, she would probably only give it three and a half.... but that's on her. I think it would be hilarious to have three or four of these things running around simultaneously. By one! Your cat deserves it!

only issue is that the battery does not seem to last very long. But it is the thing that he plays with the most.
