I have taken melatonin for years to sleep and given my son many different types of natural sleep aids and melatonin products to sleep bcuz he had ADHD and has a really hard time sleeping. This product has been a miracle!! It rates way above any other products we have ever used! If you are having trouble sleeping this is your answer! Never again have difficulties falling and staying asleep. It truly has been a miracle worker for my family. It also works very fast and taste good. I will toss and turn for hours now never again. I spray this on my tongue and Im out within 5 minutes. Any mother wth a child wth ADHD knows how hard it is at bedtime. I've used this for my son and right after the spray he actually lays down to watch TV and that's a miracle in itself to be still and within minutes he's asleep and stays asleep all night. I tried melatonin pills to varying results, even had nightmares with some. I’ve tried gross NyQuil sleep and huge magnesium and valerian pills. This works the best. The taste is tolerable, you just spray it in your mouth and within 15 mins you start to feelDoozy and ready to close your eyes.

Helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night. I would recommend not making it your only option for better sleep. I started taking this when I also decided to get on a strict normal sleep schedule. But I can tell my nights seem to be a more deep restful sleep. I don't take it if I know I will be sleeping less than 8 hours because it tends to keep me groggy the next day if I do.

This works about the same as melatonin for me, which is not a surprise since the main ingredient is melatonin. It does contain some valerian as well, but perhaps not enough to effect me. That said, the reason I only gave it three stars is because the taste is so bad. Most of us are buying this for our children or those who have a hard time swallowing a pill. This has such an unpleasant taste, though, that no one will use it. Works like magic. follow directions , start with one spray . Give yourself time for at least 7 hours to sleep or more . But at least 7 till you know how it will affect you.
