Deba Knife 210mm
Purchased the Deba knife. This is my 3rd Deba knife and so far the heaviest at 14oz and with the thickest spine of 6mm. It's ideal for cutting fishbones and filleting. Used it several times to cut bones and fillet and so far it has retained its sharpness.

Nice kitchen knife
Knives have to be the most used tools in every kitchen so it makes sense to have good knives at your disposal. This is a good knife. It’s blade is well made from quality stainless steel. It’s arrives razor sharp right out of the box.The knife has a comfortable handle which is nicely finished and feels good in your hands. There are no rough spots on it which could cause discomfort. The handle even has decorative rivets so not only is it a comfortable handle to hold, it’s a nice one to look at.It’s just a nice extra touch which demonstrates the extra steps the manufacturer takes to produce a nice product. If I have any criticism for the knife it’s that it’s a bit heavy. It’s not exactly unwieldy but I’d like it better if it were lighter.Other than that, no major complaints regarding this fine knife. It’s good quality available at a good price.Add it to your kitchen knife arsenal and you’ll be happy you have it.Cheers !

Cuts like butter. - video review
The media could not be loaded. I now know what the expression cuts like butter means. I have never owned a knife that sliced this quickly and cleanly. In the video you can see me cutting onions. But I’ve used this on a whole host of vegetables and it’s worked well on everything from tomatoes to potatoes. Stand up well in the dishwasher I’m too lazy to hand wash. This is my new favorite knife. Yes, I’m in the age group where I have favorite burners, favorite knives, favorite bowls, etc. Lol.
