Seems okay
Fits well in my ear but the unit itself sometimes falls out of the aftermarket rubber every once in a while but not very often.

They may be comfortable, but you lose bass with Bose's design.
I have a set of high-end in-ear monitors that I wanted to upgrade to silicone, instead of memory foam ends. I decided to try these out, and adapted them for my monitors. Of course, there's a big difference in range and capability between Bose, and true IEMs, but it was worth a shot. The fit wasn't ideal, but I was able to get these on reasonably well. These seal very well to the ear, and stay sealed, so on that metric, it's a win. The problem is that the sound enters at a longer distance, and with a lighter grip, resulting in about a 20% loss of bass depth and range (by my perception). I didn't think that would be the case, with a solid seal, but there's more to sound than air coupling, namely, physical coupling. When the drivers kick hard on bass, they have to push against something, to get that force into your ear. It's physics... equal and opposite reaction. There are only two things for the drivers to push against... 1 is the physical weight of the driver's case (IEMs tend to be heavy machined solid metal, for this reason). 2 is the ability to hold on to your ear, to push against, and drive air into your ear. That holding on to the ear part is where the Bose style of coupling fails. It has a very lose grip on the ear, so a portion of the driver's energy is actually lost to pushing the driver out of your ear, rather than pushing base into your ear. The final result is a noticeable drop in bass force. Of course, you can't really miss what you never had to begin with, so a Bose owner wouldn't know the difference, without comparing against an audiophile set of IEMs (in-ear monitors). Having said that, comfort matters too, and I wish the IEMs could feel as comfortable as Bose. I'm thinking of modifying these and 3D printing a custom headband, to give them more structure to push off of. If you want to try this test out for yourself, try pushing on your ear buds, with your fingers, while a deep bass song is playing, and you'll hear what I'm talking about. Enjoy.

Decent replacement tips
Not quite the same as the OEM eartips, these may be the next best thing. They are a little bit larger than the originals, so do keep that in mind, not by much but enough for them to feel a little different. And the material is not as smooth, it feels a little grainy or rough. The upper lip where you insert the buds into is a little bit taller as well, but that has not been an issue, it just covers a bit more of the plastic of the earbuds. Not sure if that would cause compatibility issues with some older models, but I had no problem with them. They may not be perfect, but they are totally fine replacements for the price.

Finally, what I was looking for!
This fits the Bose QC earbuds. I wasted time and money on 2 other sets before this perfect fit!
