Pretty frustrating the description does not include dimensions? can anyone provide w x l x h please?

The dimensions provided by the manufacturer are separate. The actual height of the sides is indeed 31", but once the top shelf bins are installed, the assembled height is about 36.5". Big difference when height is critical!

is there formaldehyde in the product? Does it have a California Prop 65 label?

Are the support bars steel bars or some other kind of metal?

The kids keep pulling the bins out. Could I possibly drill or melt small holes and zip tie them in place?

Yes! That is exactly what I did. Imagine how it sits on the front bars. I drilled one hole just above that bar and then one just under it. I threaded the zip tie from the inside but but the big part to where it closed up under that bar so it isn’t visible. You’d never know they’re there unless you are looking for them. Worked PERFECTLY!
