Upgrade from older one. Great product and the adjustable brightness and various color options are very user friendly. Excellent battery life my new go to headlamp.

I got this primarily for night time horticulture for which it's been amazing! Has become my go to camping headlamp because of the red light and dimable white. Would buy again!

Great all around light. Great battery life and brightness while not being bulky. This is second one I’ve had and both still work great! Used in freezing temps for 7 days on elk hunt and battery never got low

The lower angle of this head lamp works good for walking trails at night - I’m 6’1” and it lights the deck about 5’ in front of me, much closer than my Black Diamond. The white light has three settings and I can’t imagine needing the high setting too often as medium is sufficient for just about anything in the field. Unless you want to blind your friends - then go for it. The red light is brighter than I hoped so it’s a no go for deployments. Red and blue lights are about the same as the red. All in all, good system for camping and hunting. I just wish I could dim the colored lights. Oh and the housing doesn’t seem like it will withstand too much water, no o ring so probably ok for Army or anyone else who doesn’t plan on getting wet. ;) just kidding guys

As goes with the brand name, great quality. Specifically this model well pleased with all the features and specifications.As with most headlamps I’d like the button to be less “sturdy” so one could operated them with less pressure especially with heavy gloves.I cannot comment on longevity l, but past experience with Petzl makes me confident.

Dual battery options as well a light quality and options make this a great headlamp. I also got the optional case that can be used as lantern while camping

Amazing product. So much better than any of the cheaper headlamps that are manufactured in China. The Petzl Tactikka +RGB is a must-have for outdoorsmen who wish to be prepared for low-light environments. The Green setting in particular is wonderful for late-night hiking, as it still allows natural night vision but also does not clash against tree leaves. High lumen mode will light up an entire trail. The greatest headlamp I have used.

Not overly impressed with the light output/focus on this headlamp. The on/off button is next to impossible to use with any sort of winter glove. The petzl is light weight and small, and I like that it has a red/green/blue light option, however I find the light output to be meh, I'd suggest using this only in a closed in area (cave, building, etc), I find the light out put for hiking in the woods to be less the adequate. Just seems to illuminate what is directly infront of me. I am not looking to light up the woods, just illuminate where I am walking and cast a bit to the sides, so I can see if there are hazards/etc. Strongly debating selling it an buying another princeton tech or maybe branching out to a fenix.

Super Kopflampe, leichte Bedienung und lange Leuchtdauer.Das Batteriefach wirkt aber nicht wirklich Regenwasser dicht.Würde sie trotzdem empfehlen.

The product itself is on point. Provides 3 levels of white light, the brightest definitely being bright enough for anything you could need. The red, green and blue lights are also perfectly bright. Haven’t taken it out in the field yet but it’s Petzl so I’m sure it’s plenty durable! Also really appreciated the little handwritten note from the seller. A tiny detail but it goes a long way!

Habe mir diese Stirnlampe zu gelegt, um auch Nachts etwas sehen zu können.Überraschung! Die Stirnlampe von Petzl tut was sie soll ;)Alle Funktionen funktionieren wie sie es sollen.Die Bedienung ist erst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wenn man den dreh raus hat dann ist es echt einfach und super zu handhaben!Die Leuchtkraft hat mich Tatsächlich sehr überrascht!Bei weißem licht gibt es drei Stufen:- 1 ultra dunkel, aber genau richtig für den Nahbereich bei Nacht- 2 mittleres Leuchten, Ideal zum laufen, man sieht alles was man sehen muss- 3 Tag hell! Enorm wie gut diese kleine Stirnlampe auf hellster stufe alles ausleuchtet!Eben so die RGB Leuchten erfüllen vollstens ihren Zweck.Hier empfand ich die Leuchtkraft leicht zu hell, aber dennoch angenehm um nicht über lichtet zu werden.Eine dimmfunktion (mit 2 Stufen = Hell und Dunkel) wären hier noch das i Tüpfelchen gewesen!Der Kopfriemen ist angenehm zu tragen und störte mich keine einzige Sekunde!Auch mit Benutzung einer Mütze hat sich die Stirnlampe kaum auf meinem Kopf verrückt.Preis-Leistung stimmen hier vollkommen!
