Beautiful lights, so happy. Quality is amazing, although they are easy to put together it does take a long time as you have to put the hooks on each crystal then attach the crystal to the light which I would suggest doing when its hung. Was easy to attach to the electrics. It is quite heavy but not too bad, definitely make sure you are attaching to a sturdy part of the ceiling (a beam) not sure how it would fair on plasterboard alone.

Used in main bedroom as feature light. Was looking for smoky grey fitting and stumbled upon this. The reviews were all great and after looking elsewhere realised this was exceptional value. Ordered the bulbs required along with the light. Fitting arrived very well packaged and a cursory inspection made as room was not ready for installation. Worried that I had missed any issues but upon installation was relieved that all parts in tip top condition. Electrician fitted frame with no issues and showed me height can be adjusted after install. My daughter and I attached the crystal droplets, taking a good hour.... would advise 2 person team at this point or could be quite laborious, but oh wow.... this is stunning light, well worth the effort. So impressed. Sent pics to electrician of finished light and he was bowled over calling it sensational. It looks amazing turned off in daylight but once darkness falls and it is illuminated it is on a whole other level. This must be my best buy so far this year.

Lovely light and really adds to the space! It was tricky to get the hang of how to get the three support strings back to being longer once if shortened them - nothing in the instructions and thought we were going to have to send it back at one point. Turns out there a little nippley bit where the string comes out, if you push that bit up, then the wire will move both ways.. I was stumped for a good while!! Hanging the glass took about an hour and a half (I wasn't rushing so could be done much quicker!) And the gloves that are provided helped as it got quite painful bending the wire after a will and also stopped greasy marks on the glass. Really really impressed!

Beautiful light. Just what I needed to finish off my bedroom. The crystals are very good quality and the metal frame has a lovely finish. I bought the black one. It takes time to fit the crystals but the end result is worth it.

I was so dubious about ordering this but it is amazing. I am so impressed. Heavy and excellent quality. Glass crystals. My Husband had no issue hanging it and we used a 14" ceiling rose from B&Q which has really set it off. Really reasonable price and impressive finish.

Absolutely disgusted, 5 Glass pendants are chipped and 1 completely cracked, Not happy at all!!

Beautiful light and very stylish, the amber glass crystals are chefs kiss! It arrived very well packaged and each pair of crystals was individually wrapped. Came with cotton gloves so you don't get fingerprints all over the crystals. Fairly easy to install, definitely hang it before putting on the crystals as it would be way too heavy to lift up. Two of the crystals had little dinks in them but I just used the two spares. Worth the price

Was a bit fiddly getting each of the individual crystals on. I liked that they gave a glove fo help fit it. It was a little difficult to adjust the height of each of the wires so we did end up having to cut to size so it fit better but we have no plans on removing the chandelier so it was fine by us
