This heater was easy to put together & looks beautiful! We love it! So much nicer than the traditional mushroom shaped heaters!

Much Much Better Than Expected
This patio heater in hammered bronze is high quality, produces a great amount of heat and looks beautiful. Assembly was not near as bad as some of these reviews say it is, assembly took about 50 minutes, did not need the instruction and the tools in the package were great. It took longer to unbox than to assemble. The unit worked perfectly the first time and has every time we use it. It seems fashionable to bash products now days for really insignificant things. I can tell you this manufacturer thought about the packaging and the product and it really shows. Only improvement I suggest is to increase the print in the manual. I am older and my eyes are not what they used to be.

5 Stars! Fantastic Product and Exceptional Customer Service I’m really impressed with this product! It was incredibly easy to assemble, and everything was just as described. Excellent Heat and Great Ambiance!
The flame inside the glass tube looks beautiful and adds a nice touch of ambiance for parties or relaxing outside. Setup was super simple and got it done quickly . Definitely one of the best additions to my outside patio.

Nice looking product for the deck or yard.
This is a pretty nice item. It was straightforward to assemble. However, after only a few days, the spot welded piece that forms one of the two hinge pieces on the access panel has fallen off. Also, just so everyone knows, this unit will NOT accommodate a 40 Lb propane tank. I have a seemingly identical unit that I purchased 4 years ago rebranded as a Napoleon unit that can and does take a 40 pounder. In my opinion, a 20 pound tank, like the ones used for grills, is just not big enough capacity to support routine use of this product.
