Muy buen pre entreno para principiantes, vale la pena, su efecto es casi instantánea, lo tomé y a los 8 minutos se empieza a sentir picazón en el cuerpo. El efecto dura entre 35 y 50 minutos, suficiente para un entrenamiento pesado👌🫰

Great preworkout, no frills. The Beta alanine isn't too heavy. I find that shaking up the container every once in a while helps redistribute everything. Flavour is good, generic peach. Energy is clean, no crash. No added colouring. Would love to try the other ones in the range.
