One of the best purchases I ever made
These UltraBake parchment paper sheets sold by Golda's Kitchen are definitely one of the best purchases I have ever made. I am constantly baking and to tear off sheets from a roll and then have to cut them to size was extremely irritating and frustrating. I finally realized there must be pre-cut ones out there because professional bakers would never put up with this. I found all sorts of parchment sheets on Amazon. Read the descriptions carefully while shopping because some sheets come folded and will have big creases, causing them to not lie flat. These UltraBake sheets sold by Golda's Kitchen come rolled up to prevent creases. I pull one sheet out from the middle, without unfurling the roll, and it instantly lies flat and smooth on my baking sheet. They have a nice feel and every single cookie I have baked on them (about 25 dozen to date) has released easily and browned nicely. I highly recommend this item to those who are looking for an easier way to use parchment paper and to those who have never used parchment paper but have thought about it. You will never go back to your old ways.

HIGH QUALITY PARCHMENT PAPER!
This is a really nice quality parchment paper. It doesn't fit perfectly into my half sheet pans - it overlaps some, so I have to fold two sides under every time I bake. This is kind of a pain, but I do like the overlap when I line a pan to thaw chicken on. (I don't like the idea of putting frozen, raw chicken breasts onto an aluminum pan.) I have gone through my 100 sheets in less than a year, so I had to buy more. I shopped around before buying from Amazon again. I found some on an auction website for about half the price. On the description it said how it fits PERFECTLY into a half sheet pan. Hmmmm...fits perfectly (no more pesky folding two sides) and HALF the price, I bought it. I have to say, it did fit perfectly, but the quality left much to be desired. You know the old saying, "you get what you pay for". Well, next time I need half sheet parchment paper, I will order it from here.

Wow...just...wow.
I'm not a professional baker or anything, but I do bake quite a bit at home. Like most people, I just got tired of the wrestling with curled parchment and decided to try some pre-cut sheets. SInce I typically use half sheet pans, this seemed like a good choice. Yeah, it had some negative reviews, but I figured "Well, how bad can it really be?" I found out...REALLY bad.It worked fine for a batch of cookies, probably due to the fact that they were coconut based so the high fat content helped in the sticking issue. However, when I made a test batch of filled pretzel bites for a upcoming party, the sticking was horrible! I don't know how much worse it could have gotten if it was glued down; the bottoms of every piece were literally torn off trying to remove them.In an attempt to try and resolve this, the next batch was laid down on a corn meal base, which usually does the trick. The same result, horrible sticking and torn bottoms. I have never seen this happen with other parchment, even when baking at higher temps for things like breads, bagels, or pretzels.I'm not certain what to do with these now, except for maybe origami. I'll try and do some lower temp baking and see if it has something to do with the higher oven temp, but I have severe doubts about this.

Chefs Select Parchment Paper...
Well, how much can you elaborate on parchment paper? I can tell you that the product came on time and it was in good shape. Now for a little pitch on parchment paper since I am already here? Do yourself a favor and buy a box of this. The paper will fit right on to a cookie sheet. No muss, no fuss! Nothing sticking to the cookie sheet, in fact, if you play your cards right, you may not even have to wash the cookie sheet. Now, if you think parchment paper is only for baking cookies... wrong! You can cook any light little dinner in parchment paper. One thing that is common is fish and vegetables! Try it out for fun... now the parchment paper company owes me something for my pitch! Just kidding... I was totally happy with my purchase!

Very convenient
Any one who has tried to cut rolled parchment paper and get it to lay flat on a cookie sheet while you put the dough on the sheet pan knows how annoying it is when the paper starts rolling up on the pan before use. These sheets solve the problem. They come pre-cut, you never have to cut and re-cut the sheets. And best of all it will not roll back up while you try and use it. Storage is not a problem if you have a rack you stand cookie sheets and pans in. The bag slides easily between other pans and stays ready to pull out new sheets as needed. I also use the pre-cut sheets for cake pans. I am tired of trying to cut a perfect 8" or 9" circle so why struggle with the effort?

Good but needs a box to hold it
I really like the fact that these sheets fit my big baking pan. I chose to buy this product because it ends up being a lot cheaper than the type you buy in the store; those ones don't cut well as the box never has a sharp enough edge. It would have been nice it the sheets came in a flat box, rather than rolled up in a plastic bag..... edges get crumpled.... otherwise well worth it.
