I've used this one and another one for about the past two and a half years and an off-grid situation they work great they call when they should they withstand very cold temperatures and very hot temperatures the fan inside to cool it seems to work very efficiently

Don't buy it. I have other inverters that work fine, but they are pricey, so I got this wone to save my more expensive ones for another project, the fan turns on, for a second, then it beeps with an E1 error message, in the pamphlet, it says E1 is short circuit. I see another review with the same problem, it looks nice, but it's junk. I tried it with a 100ah battery, and then with 2-100ah batteries @12v. They were fully charged. My batteries are not lithium, but I can't see how that should matter, because others got theirs to run with a car battery.

Run my van off of it. Also ran a table saw on it to finish my cabinets. Worked like a champ. It's quiet when its under half load or less. But even with the fan running full blast it wasn't terrible and the fan didn't have to work very long. Really impressed by this.

It's usable

I have a truck bed camper and i wanted to be able to go off grid sometimes camping and this little gem here powers everything in my camper including the rooftop ac. I just plum my campers service plug into it and im all powered up off my batteries.

I really like this inverter. It's 1200 watt continuous power, has five outlets, two USB ports, and a really cool display. The display graphically gives information on remaining battery life and the amount of the inverter's power you are using. That info seems pretty accurate. The displayed wattage draw was slightly above the actual, but I would rather have it overestimate then under. The carry handle is a nice touch. The included cables are short, but beefy enough for what this unit will require. I ran a 1000 watt load for almost an hour with no issues. I pushed it to 1500 and the overload protection immediately kicked in. It reset itself in about 5 seconds without the need to power it down or disconnect the battery. The only negative I ran into was related to batteries. It wouldn't work with a couple of my LiFePO4s. The batteries had nominal voltage, were at ~80% charge, and were even the same capacity as a few of the others that did work. I charged them higher, but they still didn't work. The batteries in question work absolutely fine with the other inverters I have. I'm not sure what's going on there. So, as long as this inverter plays nice with your battery...
