A friend sent me a bottle for Christmas and I love the flavor. I use it for everything including sauteing. The pour spout is an added plus. Highly recommend.

We use a lot of olive oil for all sorts of things: Cooking, dressing salads, and instead of butter when we serve bread. As a result we are a bit fussy. For cooking we can usually find a satisfactory product at the supermarket, but, for savoring the full experience of olive oil at the table on a salad or as a dip, a top quality olive oil is a must. This Gaea olive oil is top notch. It's light and flavorful with a delicate fragrance. It's not the cheapest olive oil around, but one gets what one pays for, and this olive oil is the best in our larder.

We are a household of cooks, and we use a lot of olive oil. This particular brand is wasted on sauntering ( although it would work) because the flavor is so good, it is best in salads, or as a bread spread, or even a simple dressing for pasta ( garlic powder, celery seeds and this oil make a lovely side dish). It is certainly good quality and easy to use, and tastes fresh. Good value.

I used this for caprese salad the day it arrived on my doorstep and absolutely loved it. Way better than the EVOO I had been using. The flavor is superb - you really get that "green" taste. While this could be used for cooking as well, I will be saving it for dishes when I truly want to taste the olive oil (bread dipping, caprese, etc.). The price may seem a little steep, but the quality is top-notch and goodness gracious does it taste good!

This Gaea Limited Edition Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes very well protected. The oil is cold pressed and has a ton of delicious flavor to it. It's also very smooth and has a nice creamy like texture. Great for use on salad dressing, on salad, dipping bread, etc.
