I've been missing out not having this bar incorporated into my back workouts. First keep in mind the bar is heavy, BUT is quality made and very sturdy. The grips at the end are very good to use. People complaining probably just using to much and lose their grip....Newbs.You really feel the difference in your back workouts compared to a standard lat bar. Serious about your workouts?? Then get this!

Been Gym active for over 17 years and I like the semi light weight, yet it’s strong enough for its use. The rubber coating is pretty cool gotta say. Side grips are pretty cool too, kind of makes you wanna do more reps hahaOne thing which is not so much a big deal is the Hook hole, it’s pretty much fitted or a bit small, the hook it came with slides in by force but it’s not as bad. Definitely a few MM bigger would be great.Like I said. It’s not a big deal, the bar does its job and that’s all I need.Highly recommend

I love this pulldown bar! The versatility of the bar is fantastic; it allows so many different hand positions to hit different muscles in different ways. Each one is comfortable; personally, I like this for pulling exercises the most; it's a bit awkward for pushing and I prefer ropes or similar for pushing exercises.Great bar though and I highly recommend it!

Agradable tacto de agarre.Demasiado pesado. No tiene sentido que la estructura sea tan robusta, cuando haciendo un análisis general su punto de fallo sería zona de orificio de enganche.

This really helps maintain while dealing with tennis elbow. It takes the forearms out of the pull down a lot.
