Works as expected but takes a little getting use to.

Great help for people with carpal tunnel syndrome
It takes a little time to get used to but it's worth the time. The design is a little awkward, (the Right mouse button is a little too close to where you hold the pen). All in all I'm pleased with it but would prefer it to be more Round like an actual pen

Works basic
Works basic, always on unless you turn it off, eats battery quickly if you keep it on

Double Click feature is really hit and miss
The double Click feature is hit and miss...mostly miss so far.Frustrating to use. If there is a trick to making it easier, I would love to know what it is. I have tried to to change my mouse settings in Systems Preferences to no avail.

Not for me
The shape does not fit the hand well and the side button gets in the way

Great concept, but needs design work.
Great concept, but a bit cumbersome to use. Buttons are in an awkward place.

Cool toy, fun to try
This was a neat experiment. It was fun to try this out, but it had two drawbacks. The right mouse button is a little bit awkward to use, maybe just the size of my hands. The other problem is that it still picks up signal even when you lift the mouse 1/4", so it takes some practice to use it without moving the mouse when you don't intend to.I thought it would be fun to try for photoshop brushes (I'm just a hobbyist) but it wasn't quite smooth enough for that. All in all, for the price, if it is something you think you would like, I recommend.

Works okay... but there's a dealbreaker
As a pen device to move around the mouse cursor, it works very well. Super impressed, especially considering the price. However, clicking on things is a bit difficult since it's very hard to hold steady while clicking the button. And double-clicking? Forget it! I've tried for a minute straight to double-click something unsuccessfully. Either the clicks are close enough together, or one of the clicks ends up clicking and dragging.Right-clicking with the thumb button is a PITA as well. And you can't lift it up while you click to avoid moving the cursor, because as you're lifting the pen it always moves the cursor as well.

This is my second one.
I purchased one of these pen mouses a couple of years ago and am still happily using it. I needed another one for use with my laptop (one for the desktop and one for the laptop) so I did not have to keep unplugging and replugging it in. I love it. It works well. It is easier on my hand than a regular mouse. It is easy to use. Just make sure you have a ready supply of AAA batteries so you can always have a working mouse. I go through batteries about every couple of months, but I use my pen mouse for a minimum of 6-8 hours a day.

I love this PEN mouse so much. Reduces wrist pain.
I used to get very soar wrists from repetative motions and using this pen now as my regular mouse has eliminated this health problem. Its easy to use and precise. It is fragile though, I don't take it out of the house for this reason made of light cheap plastics, which I guess keeps the price down. I had to return my first one as the buttons broke, so that sort of sucked. However for its price and the pain relief its a no brainer. Just have to treat it gently.

It's awesome...
I just love this little gadget. I have a PC tower connected to my TV & this is just perfect for my games. Specially my hidden object games. I know we all have many uses for it & that's what makes it so great. I've already recommended this item. The only thing I would change is its durability. It's plastic is very fragile so it would crack or break easily.
