I LOVE this magnet. I bought it to help me lose the last few pounds of pregnancy weight, and it’s done a great job of reminding me not to over-eat (or make poor food choices for that matter) when I head to the fridge. Unfortunately, I am not able to use the magnet because my fridge is stainless steel; however, I was able to work around this problem by applying a 3M Velcro backing. It’s the only magnet we have on our fridge, so it gets a lot of attention when people come over. Many people have asked where I got it from, and I always give them my full recommendation for this product.
