I don't have medical evidence that these collagen peptide capsules are doing anything for my skin, hair, nails, bones, joints... etc. but I've read the scientific studies that say this particular combination with verisol is highly bioavailable and has been shown to improve skin and nails. Further studies show that long-term use can improve the appearance of cellulite. Well, then, sign me up for long-term use! The capsules do not have an odor, are largish but not overly large, and are easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste, heartburn, or other side effects that I can tell. My only complaint is... 5? Science can't figure out how to cram all this goodness into fewer capsules?

Ive been doing the keto diet so I started taking collagen peptide supplements. I usually do collagen powder in my coffee but these collagen capsules are a good replacement when im busy. Just four capsules give you 3,000mg of type 1 and type 3 collagen. Since I started using collagen peptide capsules my joints feel better and my wife said my skin looks better. You could open the collagen capsules and mix the powder if you wanted to. Pretty good product.

You have to take too many capsules seems to me product could have been more condensed as 5 capsules are too difficult to take at one time

I like that they come in capsule form. I did not like the fact that there was a separate shipping charge, but it is understandable since the product is coming from California and I read that California has a lot of issues nowadays. The product does not have a taste and I can feel the benefits of taking the product (no joint pain)

This is a great product and worth the money. Helps with the skin and immune health, hair and nails. Everything takes time it does not happen over night. It normally takes a week or two with anything new to seen the differences. This is most definitely worth it though. In my opinion.
