My local Walmart was out of fideo so I purchased it here on Amazon. It is exactly what I was wanting. It is a good value. It can be served as a side, a soup, or as a main dish. Adding some onions, garlic, tomato sauce or chicken broth, vegetables, and chicken or beef turns this into a delicious one pan meal. It is fast and easy to prepare. You can add any spices that you like to season it to your taste preference. It is easy and quick to prepare and very versatile. The key is toasting the fideo first in some butter or oil before adding the liquid. Enjoy!

PROS: For 47 cents to 50 cents a bag, this is a good buy. This is the perfect size for a small household or one family meal. The pasta tastes great, and cooks nicely without clumping. CONS: LaModerna is now charging over $3 for these little bags of pasta, so watch your subscribe and save cost as anything more than 50 cents a bag than it is not worth the price. OVERVIEW: I recommend it for 47 cents to 50 cents a bag, but pasta can be found locally for the same price (or less).

I use a lot of vermicelli pasta to cook it with rice. This product is great and it doesn’t take a lot of time when I toast it before adding it to my rice. Very inexpensive.Will order more.

It’s good if you mix it with different Moderna pasta. By itself, it clumps up together and the texture is not that great. Hopefully, sometimes.. you cook for two because one packet/serving is usually perfect for just one person mixed with salmon or tuna something and freeze dried vegetables like broccoli or spinach. Health is wealth. Overall, it’s different than the usual shell or macaroni elbow one I use and will continue to experiment and use sparingly. Buy one box and try. Don’t start off buying too much because it might not suit you best. Edit - after having it for awhile and not eating it I felt lazy and the other pastas I had are below this box and too lazy so I cooked it again. TURNS OUT… if you cook it differently by adding a little more water than usual pasta maybe a lot more water. And let it sit after boiling the water turns it into pasta porridge (like Asian rice soup) make sure you add things like freeze dried chicken pieces and maybe a little packed fish (tuna, pink salmon, or mackerel) also, for health (freeze dried spinach flakes, priced very affordable) AFTERWARDS you have a masterpiece meal that’s full of health. I also added pink salt, black pepper, and some spoonfuls of turmeric in the beginning. Turned out to be Curry Pasta Porridge! Yummy (Changed from 3 stars to 5) Make sure you add an inch or two of water above the uncooked pasta. Enjoy, stay healthy!

I use this vermicelli to make rice pilaf. The price is good and quality is great too. This package makes two batches of pilaf. Perfect!

Good Vermicelli Pasta but beware Vermicelli pasta have been opened and mutilated by Australian Customs! What's strange another different pack in the parcel Fideo Pasta wasn't touch at all!

Same as description. Arrived in perfect conditions. Quality and flavour are what we were looking for. Our 14 yo son is loving them! Good product.
