Not for vlogging, but a very good little camera for the price
The media could not be loaded. Let's start with the good. Despite the low cost and small size, this doesn't feel like a toy. This feels a lot like one of the low-end Canon ELPHs; the size is about the same and so are the controls and the general look and feel, using a good grade of plastic that has a slightly sparkly white finish. It's roughly 95x59x24mm and weighs 111g, easily hiding in a shirt pocket. Other nice touches include the fact it has two interchangeable batteries and a nice brass 1/4-20 tripod socket. It comes with two rechargeable batteries, a 32GB TF card, and a wrist strap. The packaging and instructions are reasonable, if a bit minimal.I'm always very skeptical about resolution claims of cheap cameras. Many that deliver 48MP JPEGs derive them from sensors with only about 0.3MP, but that's not the case here. The 9248x6936 pixel JPEGs aren't sharp at the pixel level, but there are clearly a lot more than 640x480 pixels coming from the sensor. In fact, I'm convinced the sensor is within a factor of two of the stated resolution. Image quality is degraded primarily by noise and excessively aggressive JPEG compression; for outdoor scenes, excessive sharpening seems to be doing the most damage. Any way you measure it, the still images are excellent for this class of camera. The 4K video isn't wonderful, but it looks more like 4K than scaled 1080 and the audio isn't terrible. With the included USB cable, the camera can not only charge, but also can act as a USB mass storage device (card reader) or as a webcam, and Zoom under Linux had no problem getting decent video from it -- although without audio. There is a 3.5mm audio jack on the bottom of the camera; perhaps one could get webcam audio out of it that way with an appropriate cable? Now let's discuss the odd things. The rear controls look a lot like any compact camera, but they're a little off in functionality. For example, there is a button marked with the playback symbol that says "MODE" under it -- and it doesn't enter playback mode. Instead, it is effectively the menu button. However, there is an "OK / MENU" button which is usually "OK" but also is how you go from live view to setting capture options. Similarly, the "-" and "+" buttons don't seem to do anything during playback, whereas one would expect them to digitally zoom just like they do when taking pictures. Overall, this camera does have quite a few options, but the menu structure is very unusual and some basic things, such as user control of shutter speed, are missing. There are some bad things too. First off, the lens doesn't zoom, so this uses "digital zoom" which means image quality degrades as you zoom in. That's not terrible in that you can zoom perhaps 2-4X before the resolution is a problem for typical image uses, and it does avoid the problem things like Canon PowerShots have where the zoom lens accidentally being triggered in your pocket or bag can strip gears and wreck the camera -- this lens doesn't extend. However, it is not outclassing the image quality of a good cell phone in zooming. Second, the autofocus struggles pretty badly in low light, as does the auto color balance. THIS IS NOT VIABLE FOR VLOGGING because there is no way to see yourself while recording a video. I also couldn't get it to focus close enough to fill the image with a single flower, so this isn't for shooting macros. So, would I recommend this? Well, I'm a serious photographer and computational photography researcher, and this certainly isn't going to be confused with any of my "serious" cameras. However, I do think it is pretty comparable to what you can get from a cell phone, but without the images being so heavily manipulated; images from this are grittier, but don't look fake or manipulated. Overall, image quality here wildly outclasses most of the stand-alone consumer cameras in this price class that I've tested -- and I've tested dozens. In summary, it depends on what you want. As a pocketable cheap-enough-to-not-worry-about travel camera that doesn't feel like a cheap toy, it could be an excellent choice, 5/5 stars. If you're looking for a camera that will give you more photographic control than your cell phone, this really doesn't, and I'd say 3/5. For vlogging, it's 3/5 because you can't see the camera's display while you're in front of the camera. Age-wise, I don't think this is the best choice for a toddler; for example, it doesn't have games built-in like many cheap cameras and removable batteries can be a hazard at that age (1/5). However, by middle school, I think this could really be appreciated by a kid who wants a camera, and it looks perfectly reasonable in the hands of an adult too (5/5). The lack of USB audio makes using it as a webcam annoying, as does the poor low-light autofocus performance, but it is usable in a pinch to provide a decent UVC (driverless) video stream (3/5).

Great for kids
I got this for my daughter who likes to take pictures on my phone and her tablet. It takes really great quality photos and comes with an extra rechargeable battery. It also has a 64GB memory card already in the camera which is great for the price. The LCD screen is pretty bad but the actual photos it takes are good. The LCD will make everything look blurry/motion-blurred as you are framing a shot but once you take a photo and it freezes the shot on the screen for you to review for a second, you can see it very clearly. Looking at static photos you've taken on the camera itself also displays very well. The only time the screen is an issue is when you're framing up a shot because it has a very low refresh rate. The camera body is plastic which might be for the best because it keeps costs down and makes it very light.Overall very easy for a kid to use and honestly looks like one of my own point and shoot digitals. It definitely punches above its weight and looks like something I would use.

Functional & Well Made
It comes with a spare battery and a memory card. This is perfect for an on-the-go camera or perhaps even for a pre-teen or teen. The picture clarity is good, and it's easy to operate.

Low Picture Quality, HORRIBLE Battery Life, But Good for a Kid
The quality of this camera is so-so, but for the price point, I expected that. It's very lightweight but not in a good way; it feels cheap which, to be fair, it is. And the picture quality reminds me very much of the TINY digital camera that my family bought me in 2005 that cost WAY more, because at that time it was pretty cutting edge. The battery life is also absolutely atrocious and the only way to charge the batteries is inside the camera. Meaning you cannot recharge on the go if you also want to be using your camera. Rather than having two batteries, having a better quality battery that lasts longer or simply being able to use AAs would have been better. Or at the very minimum, having a separate battery charger. But as a first camera for my 8 year old, I'm okay with it. He says sometimes the videos he's shot don't always want to play and he wishes the battery life was longer. But other than that, he really likes it and finds it very easy to use and understand. He's able to hold it comfortably and it's good size for his hands.I wouldn't recommend this for anyone over the age of 10, personally.

Great Images, Lots Of Features, Compact, & Giftable!
Fantastic little camera for on the go! I'm not impressed with the vlogging capabilities, but they're there if you want to use them. For a simple little camera this one is packed with features! It's very small and compact, super easy to slip into my handbag for those moments that need to be captured, and it also has a tripod mount on the bottom which works well with a standard tripod. Great MP on this little camera, the picture quality is awesome. It does come with a 32gb card as well as two batteries, which is good because the battery life isn't so great. Nice packaging and would be a good gift idea! Very useful startup guide and a useful tip sheet printed right there on the box. This camera has so many features that I haven't learned them all yet, but I'm definitely planning to use this more; it has higher megapixels than my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and using this will produce better images with all of the same filters and free up space on my phone. Good price range for what it is and what it offers. Great idea for a beginner's camera, travel or adventures! Highly recommend!

FOR KIDS
This camera isn't bad really. I highly recommend it for KIDS! Why? It's very small and requires small fingers. So as I rate this for kids, I'd say it works well. I have fingernails making it difficult to touch many of the buttons. I got it stuck in the upside down mode and finally figured out how to turn it back the correct way. It's chargeable using the USB Cable and I haven't had to recharge it since last used. So, use this for kids and you should be more than happy. Recommended age? Anywhere from 8 - 13 years old

Great vlogging camera
I recently received this compact camera, and I’ve been really impressed with the quality it delivers. It captures amazing 4K videos and sharp 64MP photos, which is perfect for both casual and travel photography. The autofocus feature is pretty reliable, too—just a half-press of the shutter button, and you get sharp, in-focus shots every time. One of my favorite things about it is how lightweight and portable it is. Whether I'm out for a day trip or just capturing moments on the go, it's easy to carry around. The controls are super simple, making it perfect for beginners, and I didn’t need to spend much time figuring things out before I was up and running.Plus, it comes with a 32GB SD card, so you can start shooting photos and videos straight out of the box. It’s available in pink, black, and white, so you’ve got a few color options to choose from, which is a fun bonus! All in all, it’s a great little camera for anyone looking for convenience without compromising on photo quality. This is about the same as a smartphone camera so this is good for kids or those who dont own a smartphone.

okay for beginner vloggers
This vlogging camera from Sheawasy comes with a 32 Gb microSD card to get your started. This camera is fairly compact and is sized in between action cams and a smart phone. There is no optical zoom but you can use the digital zoom to crop your shot when shooting photos. For videos, you do get some zoom without degrading the quality. The max video resolution is 4K, but the resulting video isn't as good you can get from a mid or top priced smart phone. There is a 2.8 inch screen which is okay but not exactly bright enough in bright sunlight. There is a 1/4 inch mount on the bottom for tripods and such. Overall, this vlogging camera is most suitable for children who wants to try out being an influencer. At least until they make enough money to replace this camera with a flagship smartphone.
