A little history, i have suffered from a medial meniscus tear that has flared up with pain and swells every time i workout . After about a week of taking this Vitabetter Curcumin I have notice my knee pain has decreased significantly and has not become inflamed at all. I'm on an anti inflammatory diet, but I just finished moving and I'm sore here and there. I've been having back pain and I don't normally take pain killers or anything, but this week I've had less pain and I'm really happy to say that this is the only change I've made.I don't care for the taste of turmeric and this has a note of it in the flavor. It will also stain everything possible with that bright orange yellow that turmeric has - Your fingers, your counter that you set your measuring spoon on, your shirt that you accidentally spilled your vitamins on...

So far so good. Too early for me to evaluate the effect but the liquid quality is good - it goes down well diluted in water. I keep it in the fridge.
