I love the green tea, it tastes wonderful, but not an overbearing taste. It is a very clean product with no added fillers. Wonderful quality, tea, and great value for the money. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Best morning wake-up.
Fantastic tea. Perfect for me starting my day. Has a nice mild flavor. Notes of fresh cut hay and seaweed. No bitterness noticed. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes green tea.

A Great Quick Fix when you don't want to direct ship from Japan. Leaves in so-so condition.
Nice mild sencha with minimal astringency (steeped at 160). I'm very partial to Kagoshima's green tea. However, the tea leaves are in poor condition (many small broken pieces) resulting in a lot of sediment at the bottom of the tea cup. I imagine this has more to do with Amazon's handling of the product than the condition it was packaged in but worth noting.

Very nice green tea
This was a really great surprise. The leaves are what I expected for sencha. I did not anticipate how nice of a flavor profile it would have. The taste began grassy and evolved very nicely. It is seldom a tea transports my mind but this was a very good experience. My grinder was on the counter so I took a couple of grams and made a matcha powder with it. Full of flavor! The envelope it was packed in was nice and easy to access. It was Amazon mash packed in a box with a ventilation fan and both envelopes held up great!Based on my initial experience this is very much worth the cost and I've already reordered.

Understand about green tea leaves
Understand product is not returnable....Not a great taste....these are leaves which float in your glass or pot and need to be filtered out....somehow ordered two by mistake...Ouch

Super delicious tea!
Super delicious tea! I followed all the instructions about temperature and timing and everything, and didn’t add any sweeteners or other crap to interfere with the natural flavor, and it was so beautiful! If you are new to Japanese green teas make sure to follow the instructions and don’t overheat or steep too long. Then have patience to notice the subtleties and loveliness.

While this tea is delicious-it smells ...alittle unappealing at first.Thankfully-it tastes better than it smells.It made me nervous at first.
