They are fine to wear and work as designed. The issue is after the back is peeled putting them into the shoe at the right spot is a pain and not always even.

Wouldn't even stay on during first sttempt at wearing them, they curled and bunched up during a few hours of use causing my Achilles tendon to be incredibly sore. Adhesive completely atomized on second attempt to wear. Absolute waste of time.

Got them yesterday, put them in. They need to be thicker. The padding works alright, but not great. Which would be enough for a three or four star review except that the adhesive is completely insufficient. The pads do not stay stuck on and fall off when the heel slides over them. I may try some other type of glue- but I shouldn’t have to do so.

Worked a treat on the kids shoes, will get more life out of them yet
