This was a very good purchase, especially for the price. The exterior is beautiful and well finished. The frets were well dressed and the inlays are well done. There's a bit of visible glue around the lining and braces on the inside but nothing too bad.The sounds are very pleasing. It's bright and snappy without being sharp and it's quite loud for a soprano. A solid wood uke that's this well done at a plywood price is amazing regardless of where it's made. It definitely a keeper. I'd buy it again
