You need to fully insert the tubing into the port receptacles
This is a terrific product, but you have to know that you have to fully insert the tubing to about a 15mm (5/8") insertion distance into the port receptacles. When you insert the tubing into a receptacle (the In/Out ports on the watering pump or the In/Out ports on the drippers) you encounter some resistance at an insertion distance of about 5mm (1/4"). THAT IS NOT FULLY INSERTED; you have to continue to press more firmly for about another 10mm (3/8").When the tubing for the “Out” port is only inserted about 5mm (1/4") - i.e., when only the first resistance is felt, the pump system doesn’t work at all. You get an error light saying "LACK WATER" even though the intake filter is fully immersed in water. You have to insert the Out tubing the full distance (about 15mm) to get the system to work. Also, if you don't fully insert the tubing into the dripper receptacles they will leak.

Good for vacation use and for everyday use when your soil is sufficiently damp
I've been wanting one of these for years. Even though my plants sit about 3 or 4 feet behind me, there are times I get so caught up in my work that I forget to water them for weeks at a time. Suffice it to say that I've learned which species of plants are drought tolerant and which ones aren't.This is a clever device that you can use to water your plants on a timer. The premise is simple: you have a long tube that you'll cut up into different lengths, depending on how your plants are arranged. You'll have one tube drawing water from a large container of water (I use a 5 gallon water jug) and pumped to up to 12 plants. You can adjust how much water comes out of each one, handy when you have an assortment of different sized planters. The pump works well, and the timer is surprisingly easy to use; you can set it on a regular timer, or you can program it to water continuously for a set amount of time. I like that it uses a standard USB-C plug (it doesn't come up with an adapter or cord, but any 5V, 2A power supply will work) as well as the option to use batteries (either as the main power source or as a backup). The one gripe I have, which is common to all of these products, is that the water comes out in a very small single stream. It would be nice, for example, to have the option to "sprinkle" the water over a small radius to get a little more coverage. If you have moist soil the water can spread via capillary action, but if your soil is dry the water will go straight down, and if you're lucky you can get a little bottom watering action. But overall this is a clever solution to the one problem that I think keeps most people from having nice houseplants.

Works great!
Product works as expected and is a great addition to any plant-owning travelers. I use a 5 gallon bucket from the local hardware store as the water source. Very impressed with the pressure to get the water where I need it to go.

Easy Set Up for Newbies
I travel a lot, and to care for my succulent collection while traveling, I currently use the stake type automatic watering system. Unfortunately, that system does not balance the water output well across the 13 small plants I have connected to it, so I decided to try this trip irrigation system. It definitely solves the imbalance problem, however, the drip irrigation nozzles are much larger than the stakes, and I found them too large for my succulents (which are typically in <5" planters). If you are also considering this for very small planters, I would opt for something else.I instead set this up for my medium sized house plants, and replaced the glass bulb waterers that I had been using for when I travel. This push-to-connect system was very simple to put together. The user interface on the control module is intuitive. Because of that, this is a good option for someone who is getting an automatic watering system for the first time.

Works well
It's a great idea and seems to work well but it would be a 5-star if a closed container was included (even as an additional option). You have to use a bucket/etc for water supply so in addition to water being used for the plants... it's also a draw for housepets and the occasional suicidal bug.

The water spray/drip can be adjusted awesome
I had similar product in the past and some cannot control the amount of water coming out, but this one can be adjusted. I bought this for my existing 5 pots of plants, each is 5gallon pod. Installation is straight forward, if you have previous experience installing drip irrigation before, this should be easy for you, especially this one is snap on push to connect type, easy, however I don't think you can undo and redo the push connect many times as it will weaken the seal, so limit the push to connect.I like it that it have both batteries (not included) and usb power usage, so just in case power goes out, it still work, or battery bad, it will still work. I definitely like the adjustable drip irrigation water coming out for each nozzle, this will be helpful if you have different size pots or plants that may requires more or less water, thus prevent under over watering or flooding the area. Just schedule timer to water and how long and time. The functionality is straight forward, if you have use any model of the water timer, you can use this easily without reading the manual. It has a dial selection and good size screen screen to show your settings.Reliability if a big question, I cannot give this a 5 stars until I know it work flawlessly for at least a month, so I will be back if it's not working flawlessly. Flawlessly in this case would be the shut off valve, on and off as scheduled. In the past I have similar products like the actual water timer connect to garden faucet, the shut off valve failed to shut off, so the water keep on coming out, thus flooding my yard and I paid a great amount of water usage money. The shut off valve might fail to stop immediately but eventually it will shut off, or the next schedule time will reset it, I'm not sure why the shut off valve on similar product don't work correctly, I thought of dirty water clogging, build up of debris, who knows, hope it doesn't happen to this one.

Bad design
The battery compartment door will not keep any water out of it and this will result in the batteries becoming corroded.
