So been using for going on two months now I'd say they definitely make a difference from not using them. I think of course it took some time to build up in your system. So I didn't want to write too quickly. These aren't a miracle so for me I would not suggest skipping any showering but I did that experiment as some others did to see how effective this was for me it did not work in that way so keep up your normal hygiene routine these aren't going to rid you of normal odors that occur from daily living. Um I read some ppl saying the stuff was so potent their poops were minty. I 100% believe they made that up. It is not that powerful. Your poops will be green but they will smell the same. I will say I do believe the bathroom airs out much quicker than before I started taking these lol. Also I seen some say it makes them gassy. Um I've done some extensive fasting including a three day dry fast and I was not gassy. Gas is gone when your fasted, burping and farting tends to resolve when there's nothing in your system and I take these during my fasting. I love the minty smell of these skin health tend to happen from fasting so I can't say whether these made a difference when I'm constantly fasting my skin improves from that alone . So I will be continuing these I might get on subscription.

This is our second time purchasing and myself, my husband, and my daughter (going through puberty) are using them. My husband and daughter are taking it out of the capsule and pouring into their tea as they struggle to swallow pills bigger than an ibuprofen but the effects are still great. I swallow it daily with no issue.We've all noticed decreased body odors and I have noticed my body seems to be processing digested foods more efficiently which is a nice surprise. As others have mentioned in their reviews, it's not a miracle product but there is a noticeable difference and we have now added this to our daily health care routine.

This is my second time ordering this product. Although it doesn’t take away all of my perimenopausal symptoms dealing with body odor it does help with some digestive issues.

If I could give it no stars I would. I bought this because Deos was out of stock. Chlorophyll turns your poop green and reduced/eliminates all odor. This product does none of that. Fortunately. The Deos is back in stock and I ordered that. I literally never wear deodorant, don’t get smelly anywhere and even BM doesn’t smell. Don’t waste your money on this particular supplement

These body deodorizing supplements are easy to swallow they have no after taste the size is just fine the effectiveness is good the skin health is wonderful the functionality is awesome They are a great value for the money
