Nice package. Product was correct (exactly what I ordered). A cleaning cloth was included. I don’t remember seeing this included so I thought that it was a nice step. Very nice. Will order again.

Decent purchase.
These were the same price that I pay at my hearing aid dealer. The advantage was having them delivered to my front door when I was unable to get out. Three or four of them I couldn’t use because the filter came off in the holder. That’s frustrating and that’s why only 4 stars. They do work well.

Tired of fighting earwax
Ease of application. Remove the cone take one of the applicators out of the package. One end is blank one end has the new insert put the blank one in the earpiece slight twist pole outcomes. The old insert flip the applicator around put it in slight twist. pull it away replace the cone good to go.
