Best flour ever!
This is the best gluten free flour I’ve ever used. I ran out for Christmas and used a different gf flour and my rolls turned out awful. But when I use this flour to make them, they turn out so good it’s the best gluten free bread I’ve ever tasted! You will not regret using this flour even if it’s more expensive.

Can't tell it's gluten free!
My husband is gluten sensitive and has been diagnosed for about 15 years. Gluten free has come along a long way in that time. Since he is gluten free, most of my cooking is done that way so he can be included in all that we eat. We had given up a lot of different foods during that time since either it wasn't made in a gluten free variety or it tasted horrible. One thing I had a really hard time with was flour. It was so complicated to make a flour because you would have to buy a variety of flour and you would need xanthum gum. The different kinds of flours were not also typically available at the supermarket that I shopped at and I would have to go to a specialty store to get what I needed. That also created a large expense for me and my family. So as a result, I didn't often use flour that often. As time went on, I found some flour that was acceptable, but many of them had an aftertaste and could also be identified by others as tasting different. Enter Better Batter. This was a flour I found out about from a blog I had been reading. I researched it and found it was available on Amazon. The price turned me off somewhat, but I decided to go for it. I was SO glad that I did. I will never question it or hesitate to buy it ever! This is THE BEST TASTING FLOUR I have had. I use it for everything now. I made the chocolate chip cookie recipe on the box and they were the most delicious cookies I have ever had. No one had any idea they were gluten free. I also use it for beef stew when the beef needs a flour coat first before searing. I tried it with Christmas cookies this year since my husband loves those peanut butter blossom cookies. I made a large batch of them and they disappeared quicker than quick. They were so tasty and like the chocolate chip cookies, no one noticed any difference. Even my father, who can spot gluten free from a mile away had no idea. This flour is the BEST!

My Favorite GF flour
I have been using this flour for awhile now and I have to say it does do a good job direct replace wheat flour. I have found that I do need to add a little more liquid then the original recipe. I.E. I add an extra 1-2 Tablespoons of oil or water. The taste wise it hard to tell the difference. But there is a very slight grittyness to the final product. My husband, mother and brother don't notice it or agree that the grittyness is there. But my father and I agree that it is. The extra liquid make it less noticeable to me. I now uses better batter for all my baking except for my zucchini bread muffins. For that use the bisquick GF pancake mix as a direct replacement. The bisquick has a sweet taste that works really well with muffins that why I use it. I do find that sometimes my bake goods don't rise as much. That doesn't bother me because I'm in it for taste. Adding an extra egg instead of oil or water will add the extra moisture it needs and should give it a little more rising power. I've tried lots of GF flours this is my favorite it's pretty easy to get a recipe right with it and you really don't need to add a lot of extra stuff to it. My only regret is I didn't find this sooner. Check out their website it has lots of recipes.

Poor delivery
The USPS delivered this at 1:00 and did not place it on the porch so it got soaked in the pouring rain. Fortunately, the product was okay.

Family traditions are back!
Having used both the “Artisan” flour and BB’s other multipurpose flour, I like the Artisan the best. I made a pound cake and used 1/2 the Xanthan Gum the recipe called for and it turned out perfectly! This company has a great product…many great products really. I would like to buy it directly from them as I have in past, but Amazon delivered faster for the holidays. Used the multipurpose flour last year for cookies, muffins, donuts and pie crust and it was great. I’m hoping this flour will be even better/easier to substitute for wheat flour (1to1). It is pricey, but I bake mostly for holidays, so it lasts in our house. The price of this vs the cost of premade gf baked goods equals out, or is better usually. And we can bake/cook things that are family traditions and not get sick…that makes this gf flour priceless.

Great quality
OMG, this brand of GF flour is amazing!!! I have had other ones where the end result would make such a dense bread or cake. BUT! this one!! This one is great! I used it for a vanilla cake and the texture was perfect not dense and the taste was great. I personally tried bob's red mills and I feel as though you can taste the flour :p With this brand you can't they nailed it with this blend! 10/10 will buy again

Best Gluten Free Flour
I’ve had great luck with this flour substituting cup for cup in a lot of recipes. It is definitely the best I’ve ever used. That said it is very expensive but in my opinion it’s worth it.

Good gluten free flour
Bakes better than flours that contain mainly rice flour. Does not go sandy after a day or two. Best I have tried except for mixing my own recipe.
