Yummy!
I love this curry sauce. I use it as a pour over, or added as part of a meat/vegetable curry..the taste is lovely.. I used to make up my own curry sauces, but now I just use these.. buy them in bulk so I've always got them in the cupboard..

Great curry sauce
I would not be without this curry sauce and always stock up when I am running low. It is quick to make (just like making instant coffee but whisking it up with a fork!). If there is any left over I freeze it and if it has thickened a bit just mix in some water before heating in the microwave. This is as good as any curry sauce I have ever bought at the chip shop. There is also the Chinese style curry sauce available, but it is not to my taste.

Not as good as my local chippy
Liked these đ until my wife said they tasted sweet and now not so sure âšī¸. I'll only use the sauce infrequently in any case. I didn't think they tasted like my chippy curry sauce which I prefer.

Only curry sauce my husband likes.
I'm really annoyed this doesn't seem to be on sale in shops any more as I used to buy it with my weekly shopping but at least l can get it even if l have to pay much more than l would have to by buying one of two packs a month. Saying that it's very easy to mix and tasty. Freezes well too.

Don't read the instruction. Not exactly the same as chipshop curry
Firstly this is NOT exactly the same as chipshop curry (out of the packet). However it is very close and an excellent curry sauce for homemade fish and chips and could be tweaked with sultanas and spices. There are a lot of people talking about lumps in the sauce or it being too thin. Do not go off the instructions on the packet. They are pretty much useless.Empty the powder into a saucepan and add a few tablespoons of water and mix the powder into a paste. Then add the 280ml of water and bring to the boil while stirring all the time, the sauce will start to develop lumps but just reduce the heat to a simmer and keep stirring. The lumps will dissappear and eventually the sauce will reach a smooth consistency. Add water or reduce to achieve the thickness you would get at the chippy.I was able to get 2 reasonable servings from one sachet.Very happy with this.
