Comfortable wrap and does the job!
My son plays HS travel baseball and this helps him after pitching and said it's very comfortable to wear. The ice packs are very flexible and nice to have bag to transport the wrap. Great quality and pleased with the product.

Slightly challenging to put on one-handed, but overall works great.
This is something like my 4th or 5th product from this company. (I seem to keep injuring different parts.) Anyway, it works fairly well. I especially like that you can slip the ice packs into different sleeves in the holder to control, (at least a little bit anyway), the degree of cold. The only slight negative to it is that it can be a bit challenging to put this particular unit on with just one arm. You kind of have to lay arm on a table to make it easier to do. This might not be an entirely fair comment because there's some pros/cons here. There's other products that may be easier to just slip on, but those also don't have the same flexibility to move the ice packs around, or remove one, etc. So to have that flexibility, maybe that's just one aspect of the design that you have to live with. The bottom line is even though that one aspect of it is slightly annoying, I still find this better than the other options I've tried.I would also suggest that you take care in ordering the right size. You really should read the measurements carefully and try to measure yourself as best you can to get the right one. The one I've got works for me just barely, but I don't want to bump up to the larger size as I'm sure that would be way too much.

Perfect Design for Hold & Cold Wraps
These are the perfect wraps for sport injuries, recovering from surgeries and just occasional aches and pains. First instead of having to store a big wrap in your freezer you need only to put the inserts in to the freezer which saves a ton of space. I'm able to store 4 small (hand/wrist and elbow), 3 medium (knee and back) and one large (hip) in the space of about one large wrap. Second these remain very pliable which helps in forming a nice, comfortable cold area - yet the exterior seems quite sturdy to prevent tears or leaks. Third, the high quality neoprene wraps are comfortable and make it easy to secure to what ever body part you need to treat. Fourth, because you slip the insert into a sleeve in the neoprene wrap, you don't need to bother with a towel or anything else between the cold insert and your skin - the insert offers just enough so that the cold isn't painful but not so much that you can't feel the cold. I'm using one right now on my elbow. Haven't used them for heat yet but I expect them to be just as good for warmth as they are for cold.

Makes life less painful...
This has been a lifesaver for me. I have tennis and golfers elbow in BOTH arms AND carpal tunnel. Lucky me huh?! There are more expensive versions out there but why pay more? Why I love this is because the 2 ice/heat packs are in sleeves with velcro on the back so you can attach them inside the wrap wherever you need the ice/heat applied. Yes, it's bulky, but if it brings relief..who cares?! I also have learned that leaving the ice packs in the fridge makes them cold enough to relieve the pain. If you put them in the freezer you have to let them sit before putting them in the sleeve because the coldness will 'burn' your skin. To heat them you just put them in a bowl of water in the micro for a minute or so. I bought a second set of their ice/heat packs which come in a nice drawstring bag and each one comes in it's own sleeve. This is perfect for when doing heat and ice. I highly recommend getting the second set when buying this! This sleeve also comes in a nice drawstring bag so when it's not in use, you can hang it in a closet (or wherever).

Buy the bigger size
So so definitely should have bought the larger size as you really need a cloth under this thing or it’s too cold to wear which makes your arm almost to big to wear. The Velcro straps need like an extra inch the inside sleeves are a bit weird with a pocket inside the pocket so when sliding the ice packs in its tricky for no reason and they could be thicker to help with the temp. The sleeve is constructed very well and durable and the ice bags are good they stay cold just long enough to get a full cool down.

THIS WORKS AMAZINGLY!
I tore a tendon in my elbow. After 8 weeks of therapy it healed without surgery, but my ortho doctor said it will bother me if I overwork it. I go to the gym regularly and the elbow absolutely gets worked. The wrap is definitely something that helps it feel better and it's a decent price. Highly recommended if you have chronic pain in the elbow!

Awkward to strap on and short-lived effect, but still a useful and effective product
Out of all the straps, sleeves, and braces I've tried so far, this ActiveWrap is the only thing that seems to have done me some good. After using my injured elbow as delicately as possible for a few hours, I nuked up the hot packs and strapped on this brace. The heat did some real good, and I feel like I am finally on a path toward healing. The fly in the ointment, however, is that this brace is rather hard to strap on, and the heat doesn't last very long. Unstrap, reheat, wrestle; unstrap, reheat, wrestle. It gets old very quickly. After just one day of this, I'm already on Amazon looking to find an electric wrap that runs on house current. I can see the advantage of not being tethered by a cord using this ActiveWrap, but you've got a short leash tethering you to the microwave or (according to other reviews here) the freezer. It's kind of the same difference, isn't it?If I don't come up with anything better, life could be worse. This wrap seems to be made well enough to last for some time, it fits comfortably enough, and the hot/cold packs are of decent quality. For the price, this was in no way a bad investment.
