GREAT PRODUCT!
I’ve been using this consistently for a few days now and it’s made life so much easier. I love buying unbagged Tea but always find it a pain to get it steeped. it’s also a family owned business who is working to provide care for their son with leukemia. Pretty bad. Ridiculously small brewing chamber brews a single cup of tea, wasting the extra volume of the pitcher. I would like to return it, but they want me to pay for shipping to China.
