Would definitely buy again.
I ordered this for my first time trying to hatch eggs, It is very easy to set up, the instructions aren't that great at explaining things. It is very easy to use and already has the preset's for whatever you are trying to hatch. the quality is very durable and it has a very cute design. I think it would be great for beginners like me. Functions are very easy to use also.

READ FIRST — FROM A SEASONED HATCHER
This is one of the worst products I have even bought. We hatch ALL the time. This will be my worst hatch rate, ever. I was lured in by the “reviews” and egg carrying capacity. First of all, the capacity is not for chicken egg. You can fit 20 nicely. I was able to get 22 in. Second of all, the eggs closest to air holes will not hold temperature. They will die. Third, there’s ZERO alarm for humidity levels and it advertises to automatically hold humidity levels which is a complete scam. You must use a water bottle for water ever 2 hours. Every morning when you wake up, it will have almost no humidity. My other incubators hold humidity for DAYS without needing to be replenished. I have had to discard 8/22 eggs so far, and we normally have a 90% hatch rate. We’re already down to 64% and it’s only day 7. I am LIVID. I have to go out tomorrow to buy another REAL one and try to save the rest of the eggs.

Ok product. NO WINDOW
The incubator is nice but it is in a styrofoam box and you cannot take it out of the styrofoam box without breaking the styrofoam so you can't tell when the baby start hatching and you can't see what's hatching until you open the top every single time and the humidity drops and the temperature drops and the thing starts beeping mine came in broken my problem is I have eggs in there and I can't take them out and now I'm not going to be able to get my return on it because I can't take my eggs out of the incubator I was hoping to get a new incubator and send this one back and transfer but that did not happen so now I'm going to be out $90 because I received a broken incubator and put the eggs in it because they needed to go in right away and I can't take the eggs out and that hurts I've had two hatches in it so far and I have to keep opening the lid to see what's going on because you can't there's no window

Works good
Easy to assemble and use. The only thing is the humidity will not alarm when is low need to time it about 3 to 4 hours need to add warm water. Customer service help with any questions. As you can see in the pictures I used for quails eggs, help in the last days with bantam eggs and easter egger as well. Very happy with the purchase.

Quality Incubator
This is really well made incubator. It can hold 36 chicken eggs which is plenty enough for my purposes. The candling light is also a really cool feature and allows you to see the babies before they hatch. I also appreciate that it keeps the humidity up and helps the babies move freely in their eggs. It can be used for more than just chickens too you can use it for quails and ducks too. The possibilities are endless really.Overall, it functions just how I hoped it would and it’s definitely worth every penny.

Instructions confusing
We're giving this a try right now. Easy set up. I am not too crazy about the wires on the inside that has to be connected and is hanging down into the hatching space. Instructions make no mention on how it could be kept safely out of the way. Not using the styrofoam box because there not a need for it. I marked the rollerson the end to make sure they are indeed rolling the eggs. Nervous about how often I need to check for humidity levels. Instructions have inconsistent information, for example it's not clear whether there is indeed an alarm for low humidity levels. One page says it does and the next page says it does not. Company need to seriously invest in a proper translator.
