I’ve been using a name brand version of these bags for years. I love their versatility… they’ve come in handy for so many different purposes. They’re even perfect for placing an entire box of hot pizza in to help keep it warm and protected during transport.But where I have been using these the most is to store all my seasonal wreaths (see photos) when they’re not in use. However, the name brand bag I was using in the past is thin enough that sharp decorations on the wreath can get caught on the thinner plastic, snag, and then break as I try to pull the wreath back out of the bag. Sharp branches can even poke right through the plastic bag.I was so happy when I discovered these heavy duty storage bags. These bags are twice the thickness of the name brand I was using (see photo), and the difference is very noticeable to the touch. These bags feel substantial, and you can tell they will provide excellent protection for whatever you store within. Highly recommended.

I’m about to store my tee shirt collection in these bags. I like the “jumbo” 20x 26 size. They are thick and strong, as good as the brand name, in my opinion. They zip up well. In my experience, however, you still have to keep them safe away from moisture. Even the brand name zips allow some air/moisture in if they get compressed or dropped too hard. So store them in an extra waterproof box or bag if it’s something really valuable. It's just a beef I have about zip bags in general. These bags are great, however, don’t get me wrong. I love the thickness and they will meet my needs. Do comparison shop as there are often sales for this kind of product.
