So easy to start
Very please with this mower so far. It arrived earlier than expected and was easily assembled. It looks well built and when used for the first time it starts so easily and the cut was very good. At the moment the lawn is in terrible condition due to 2 spaniels and is very uneven but the mower performed well and the travel speed is a nice pace. Really pleased with this purchase.

Three years on...
... I've given up on this mower. The Briggs & Stratton engine has been brilliant but the rest of the machine leaves a lot to be desired. The quality of the plastic parts is poor and means that I've had to jam open the throttle to make the mower run and tape down various parts. The drive seems to slip the whole time and won't tackle the slight slope in my garden without pushing it - defeating the concept of a self-drive machine.I needed a new drive belt earlier this year (perhaps because of the non-adjustable slippage) and it took the support people three months and five emails to supply the right item having sent three wrong-sized items during this time. There are better quality (and supported) mowers on the market. Wouldn't buy this make again.

Good Mower Crap instructions.
First as advised I read the instructions but they were not clear at all. No Manuel on the new EX675i engine only very brief explanation on starting. Put together quite easily as self explanatory. The problem is with the OPC handle. The instructions tell you what to do but it,s wrong. After two hours of frustration and fiddling around called the help line. Very helpful young lady told me to turn the nuts the opposite way and hey presto it started. Choke doubles as a speed control no mention of this l could see in product spec or instructions that makes it obvious. It has 6 cutting heights not seven that's the top model. Once started cut well great to have speed control. Cup holder I didn't fit rather a gimmick. Also came with some oil I wasn't expecting. Good robust machine and quite heavy starts well once OPC sorted. Very pleased with purchase but only time will tell. 4stars for useless instructions

Wouldn't start, needed adjusting
This mower works reasonably well – now. Out of the box it wouldn't start. We tried everything, checked the oil (none, we had to put some in) took out the spark plug (seemed OK) and still nothing worked. Then we looked at the throttle cable: it's on a very weak bracket which moves when you work the handle. But it's adjustable with a spanner and when we tightened it, suddenly the thing worked. The manual's useless too.

A good quality robust mower
Very robust machine that starts so easily. I have a serious spinal condition which I have to take care with, but the slightest tug on the starter cord and it’s away.Very smooth running low noise engine (very much quiter than my previous Qualcast model. The large cut area really reduces the time spent on mowing. Albeit not the cheapest of mowers I’m well pleased with my purchase

Easy to assemble and ready to go within 30 minutes
With my old lawnmower getting on a bit, I thought it is time to replace it. After reading through many reviews I decided to go for the "P1PE P5100SPBS 173cc Self Propelled 4-stroke Petrol Lawnmower 51cm cutting width".Ordered on the Monday afternoon and it arrived next day by 10:00am.I found this very easy to assemble and set up and after approx 30 minutes it was ready for a test start. I am very impressed, no priming required and it fired up after the second pull (I wasn’t expecting it to start straight away as the carb' was empty). My only disappointment is that I can’t use it on the garden yet, as it is soaking wet and rather boggy :-(However, as soon as it is dry enough, it will be out and ready to go. As this is my first “Self Propelled” Lawn Mower, I can’t wait to get going.

Follow up review after nearly 18 months ownership
At the start the item arrived damaged with some plastic parts broken, eventually a replacement part was sent with a free service kit, not the best start from a brand new product but the UK team are just agents for the P1Pe product. Last year mowing was good. This year it would not start, had to adjust the kill cable and then every time I mowed the belt fell off. Customer service was very slow, replys to emails even slower and after emailing over pictures of the belt, pulleys and other bits was told the tension spring was missing, no offer to send a part just radio silence from Hyundai Customer Service. 2 weeks later I followed up and was told they are waiting on a part, so they don't stock much in the way of spares. meanwhile my lawn is getting higher and higher and will be a massive job if and when the spring arrives and I am able to fit it. Nice product but appalling after sales

Easy to use, self propelled mower with 7 height grass cutting
I bought this lawn mower as I needed a wide cuttin self propelled mower. Our garden is extremely big - large enough to use a ride on mower but I wanted something I can keep in our garage. It’s easy to start; remember to buy the correct oil given in instructions and to fill only with petrol. Simple to operate and cut the lawn well. It has 7 different height options for the grass so you’ll be spoilt for I choice. I am only 5’4” and not very strong, yet I didn’t find using this too difficult. Highly recommended.
