Loses pressure alot and doesnt work intermittently

The fact that jet turns itself through 360 degrees when in use is in my opinion a disadvantage in design. When in use the nozzle rotated and soaks anywhere and everywhere in the mouth and back of throat . Far from ideal. Wish I'd known this was so free moving before purchase
