I tried this out in a 2002 Cadillac Seville STS. I wanted to see if it would indeed work. And it did. I really should take pictures; this one was neat. It fit a little cramped, it is made for a large vehicle, but you only have to inflate it as much as you want for any given size and so long as there are no pokes, it'll hold. With it in place you can toss a foam topper, sheets and blankets on it, grab your favorite pillow and go to sleep. You could definitely use this for a road trip but beyond that? I don't know. It is an inflatable, and, in my case, I couldn't have the driver's seat back enough to allow for a one person sleeping area at the same time which seems unrealistic for a quick place to sleep on a road trip. You couldn't use this for "Car life" lol, you would need something sturdier. I can see this lasting a few trips before you'd need to patch it. I have half a mind to video myself sleeping in my car using thing until it blows. Spend every night of the week in my car until it finally pops. I am curious as to how long that would take in a clean car with just the unit permanently set up. It would increase if you were deflating it during the day and stowing it due to the continual folding of the material, eventually it wears enough to get a hole easier.

I have a 2017 Toyota rav 4 and this is the perfect fit for my back seat! It blows up quickly with the included air pump, and makes a decently comfortable bed in the back seat. I have had car air mattresses in the past, and settled on this one because of the detachable filler part that would go in the space between the seats. Because that part is detachable I can keep my coolers on the floor and set this mattress right over top of them! It makes a decently comfortable bed for a night or two saving me money on long road trips or quick and easy setup for an impromptu camping trip. Pro tip: the mattress will be whatever the temperature the air in the car is, so if it’s cold the mattress will be cold and same for hot, so I suggest placing an extra sleeping bag or comforter between you and the mattress. Also once inflated you will be sleeping fairly close to the windows and can easily be visible through the windows. For safety and comfort I suggest getting window coverings you can put up while sleeping.

If you travel or choose to live in your car as some do, this is a super convenient way to level up your mobile setup. It's as firm as you fill it and holds air well. It's an extremely lightweight and durable little thing and compresses very well when not it use.The pump included makes easy work of filling, just be sure you have the right connection in your car!

Now I'm not one who likes camping - I'm more the glamping girl. This changed my mind. Used it on road trips so I could drive until I was done for the day and then pull off and go to sleep. Plus, it's got enough space for me to feel comfortable, easy to use, and the pump works so quick.

An adult sleeping in the back of my compact SUV would be cramped, regardless of what you put in the back to lay on. However, it works great for my kids to take a nap while we're on a fishing trip. I cover it with a sheet since I hate having clean dog hair off of things like this and vinyl attracts it like crazy.I may invest in a custom zipper-cover for it in the future, but for now it works just fine. Any hair that I do get on it I can fairly easily vacuum off.

I have been looking at air mattresses to use in the back of our van. My husband and I both were trying to figure out what we were missing, and realized it was a couple extra feet of length. This air mattress really seems to be designed for a child or short adult, as it is barely over 4 feet long and almost 3 feet wide. In looking at the listing, it seems more designed for a back seat than a back of a vehicle.The pump and mattress integrity were great! The mattress was very quick to inflate and deflate. It comes with patches, a pump, extra pillows for the wheel well, and two small head pillows. Again, I'm not sure why there are two pillows, as this is clearly a one-person mattress. The mattress itself was fine, just not what we thought it would be.
