Is the base stable and what’s the weight capacity?

It has a 4-point metal base and holds up to 11 lbs. For optimal stability, hang clothes and bags evenly on both sides—do not place all heavy items on one side only.

What if parts are missing/damaged during delivery?

For a coat rack freestanding with missing or damaged parts, send photos/videos of the issue for part replacement, return or exchange service.

Is the coat rack hard to assemble?

This coat rack is easy to assemble. The installation package includes an instruction manual and an Allen wrench; an installation video is also available on the product page for your reference.

Can the height and hook positions be adjusted?

Yes. This hall tree can be assembled to 40.1/56.1/72 inches with multi-height hooks, suitable for all ages (adults, the elderly, kids).

Will the hooks scratch clothes or bags?

No. The coat tree’s hooks have smooth ball ends without sharp edges, preventing snags or scratches on fabrics and bags.
