Citizen Quartz Mens Watch, Stainless Steel with Leather Strap, Casual

Bought a 38mm Timex Easy Reader with leather straps before this, but boy was it loud. I prefer leather straps over hard-to-adjust stainless steel. This watch was double the price of the Timex, but it’s the cheapest you will find with a similar aesthetic and proven quality from Citizen. It’s also whisper quiet (see video). It’s 39mm, instead of 38mm, but I actually prefer the slight bump in size for a men’s watch and it’s hardly noticeable. I have a 6.5 inch wrist and it fits perfect. Glad I finally found my go-to for the office!

I really like it - looks elegant & traditional - easy to set and use Updated review - I took off 1-star - after 1 month the watch periodically has started not changing the date. I will update my review after 3 months and after 6 months and after 1 year. If the problem only persists initially then goes away, I will return the 1 lost star but if the current problem persists and /or any new problems develop I will further remove another star... New update: no changes after 3-6 months. However at 12 months the battery stopped working & the watch band had to be changed because it started showing serious signs of wear & tear. Conclusion- decent watch but not good for long-term usage beyond 2-3years. It will perform without many problems for the first 3-10 months. But after that expect problems to slowly start appearing. I will try to push it to 4 years but as previously stated I don't expect it to last beyond 3years. Note: I wear my watch every day & try to take good care of it. I live in a tropical climate & travel to temperate zones occasionally.

Nice great watch. Leather strap is a bit stiff but after a few uses it softens.

I haven’t worn a watch in many years, but I’m 42 now, so I have unexplained urges for things like keeping my lawn immaculate and wearing a watch to work. This watch has a quality feel and is keeping great time so far! I did change the band from Black to Cognac. I’m very pleased, but I’ll update this review if that changes.

I barely know I’m wearing a watch. Fits perfect and snug but not choking my wrist. Looks very classy and nice.

Prodotto semplice ma funzionale. Molto bello e con la dimensione giusta per chi non ha un polso enorme, come il sottoscritto (è un fattore soggettivo ma che ritengo importante avere a mente). Il cinturino è rigido ma è confortevole e con il tempo, dopo qualche utilizzo, si adatta alla vostra forma senza problemi. Pagato ormai due anni e mezzo fa, soli 75 euro!
