*update. I started taking this with food mid day and it helped to eliminate my hot flashes again. So switching from fasted morning to with food was the answer for me. I started this to reduce hot flashes and it did work. However I noticed this time when ordering a multi pack, because these are so expensive, all of a sudden I’m up all night with the flashes again. I don’t know if I got a bad set of bottles or if it stops working after a while.
