The media could not be loaded. My husband and I are 70 and 68, respectively. We cleared the vehicles out of our garage to lay out all the pieces, and labeled them with painters tape and the piece/parts number. It took up the entire garage floor and walls. Since the boxes are not packed in order of construction, this was very helpful. Our garage smelled amazing with the cedar. It took us nine days total from unpacking to finished, except for running the electrical and water. Two of our sons came to help put the roof on. We were able to put the gables up, but I knew the rest of the roof was beyond my strength abilities.The instructions are meticulously written. It is very important to follow exactly where the pilot holes are. We had to take a few things apart and redo them. It is solidly made. The further along we got, my husband kept saying that we needed to give a good review. The only problem we had was the door latch didn’t work. I called and told them and they said we would have the replacement within a few days. We have already filled it up, waiting for freezing to pass before we put things in the ground. It is really classy looking and the neighbors are jealous!

We purchased the 11x7 Bellerose Traditional Greenhouse and couldn’t be happier with it! Super sturdy and solid with a great finish right out of the box.My husband put it together himself (with minimal help from me) using the easy to follow instructions. Although there are a lot of pieces, he really liked that everything came ready-to-assemble with the pre-drilled holes lining up perfectly. The quality of all of the wood pieces was excellent - no warps or cracks. Fasteners were clearly labeled and sent with plenty of extras.We love so many features in this greenhouse but are really impressed with the quality and amount of space in it. The foldable shelves are perfect and can’t wait to use all the upper shelves too. The two windows will be great for ventilation and really like that it has a fan and a hose hook-up.We’ve received so many compliments already on how beautiful the greenhouse looks in our yard. The pergola is the perfect additional to it! It also came with plant hooks, and we can’t wait to hang more plants and start growing in our Greenhouse!So glad we purchased this from Backyard Discovery - highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a greenhouse!

It’s a chore to build for sure, but the instructions are 90 something percent solid. Only would include minor alterations but you can get great advice in social media groups that all have this brand of greenhouses. The shipping folks dropped it in the driveway and refused to move it any further, that wasn’t cool, but I don’t think that reflects on the product. Same for the Amazon folks that were weird about the financing and not getting that 5% back (think long and hard about that decision).Also, don’t believe anyone who says you can build it in 2-3 days. That’s madness. I haven’t worked every day but I’ve worked a ton and it’s been two months! Have to think about staining/waterproofing too! But the wood is very nice cedar of some variety, great smell to it. Know that you’ll REALLY need a good ladder or two, it’s very tall and the roof is not fun to put together. But it’s magnificent and I’m ready to start putting plants in it!!

This greenhouse just withstood 55+mgh and hail stones a bit larger than golf balls last Saturday night here in northern TX! While our home's metal roof suffered some damage, our newly-constructed Bellrose XL panels held up without any cracks or breaks. Unbelievable! Our only problem has been with the window latches that we find hard to connect due to tight-fitting openings for the slide to go through. We are going to replace them. Shipping did not arrive as scheduled and a delivery truck suddenly appeared at 9:30pm one night and dropped off the 10 big and heavy boxes outside our garage (Amazon's delivery problem, not the manufacturer's). Customer service from Backyard Discovery is top notch!! They offer phone support or an online chat person who immediately sent me links for the direction manuals for the greenhouse as well as the fan it came with. Lots of extra screws and bolts. Extremely helpful directions, but it took our builder 2 full days to put it together.

Amazing product

Delivery started out a bit bumpy, but Back Yard Discovery ships out any damaged pieces very quickly. FIRST, you have to be sure you have the piece registered on the website or they will not be able to find your purchase or parts numbers or work with you though, so be sure to do this right away. Registering the product through the Bilt App doesn't carry over to them like it says it will when you use the App for building all their products, even though the app is extremely helpful and I consider a must have for building their products. You do need to be aware that there are places where the App and the written directions differ slightly, so just keep that in mind as you go, and it becomes apparent early on. I chose to stain/treat every board prior to the build (God help anyone else that does this alone!) But one thing i did learn and will need to rectify come spring, is that you do have to treat the ENTIRE board, ends included, not just the 4 sides like I thought (im obviously not a builder). Some pieces do have the ends that are not hidden and are left facing out and are visible, so I will just do a spring touch up when it's not snowing. Once that was done, we put everything together in numbered sequence, boards together and then hardware sorted and in numbered order set up on tables. Then it's off and running! It goes pretty fast once you get set up and start building. This is our 4th BYD project together and we are still alive and still together! No casualties! Gazebo, swing, potting bench, now the greenhouse so my husband has now officially said NO MORE lol The Greenhouse is beautiful and I researched for months before buying and feel like I got the most bang for my buck with this model. The most features, highest quality, and one of the best looking for sure. Highly recommend it!
