I highly recommend downloading the soundcore App—it allows you to customise the touch controls and choose from different EQ profiles. The 'Podcast' setting is particularly good for sharpening voices in noisy environments. The battery life is stellar. I’m getting nearly 8 hours from a single charge, and the case provides plenty of top-ups for a total of around 36 hours. The multipoint connection is also a huge plus; I can stay connected to my laptop for Zoom calls and my phone for notifications simultaneously without having to re-pair. If you hate the 'blocked-in' feeling of normal earbuds or need to stay aware of your environment, the soundcore V20i is the best budget-friendly option on the market. Comfortable to wear, good charge life and decent sound quality, these headphones have been excellent value. They are adjustable too which helps for comfort, was even able to share between myself and 5 year old son. The carry case is sleek, easy to fit back in and a handy pocket size. I bought these to listen to music at parkrun but still be able to hear people around me which I can do. Very happy with these.

I got these to replace my normal ear buds, as I have just started using hearing aids and wanted something compatible. The sound quality is good - but not quite as good as earbuds. I use them for both music and TV. They are very comfortable to wear, when I am not listening to anything I often forget I have them in. They work adequately with hearing aids in, but the sound is not quite as good as when you remove the hearing aids and can seat earphones more fully in your ear. (Understandable as the hearing tube which goes into the ear will block some sound in any case). Usefully, the settings let you adjust the left/right balance, which was very useful for me as I have mildly impaired hearing in only one ear - adjusting the balance slightly made a remarkable improvement. I am happy with the purchase, pleasantly surprised by the sound quality, and appreciate being also able to hear what is going on around me while I am listening to music. The 'Tap' controls on the earphones for volume, prev, next etc work well once you get the hang of them - no moving parts - just tap on the earphone. The case is compact enough and also has a built-in battery so it recharges the earphones even if you are using it to carry them in your pocket, it is also large enough to hold my hearing aids when I take them out (which is probably about 50% of my listening time). I have not gone back to the earbuds since I got them. I use them several hours a day and have not gone below half-charge yet - so the built-in battery seems adequate. Very good value for the money. Easy to put on and take off.

Very good headphones, I struggle with the in ear ones as they fall out. The hook on these make them more secure. You do hear more of your surroundings but the sound quality is good for headphones not aimed at noise cancelling devotees. The app is fine if you want to meddle with the settings and the battery life is fair. Dubious flashing lights are fun for kids but turned off by me to preserve battery life as I'm an old duffer.

I love these earphone! s. Soundcore speaks for itself right. High quality of a medium price! The V20i's over the ear design are comfortable and without any lost of sound quality. If you're a running or a workout person these are perfect for you. Even for general use and sleeping etc... These things are hard to lose! The battery life and charger case are up there with the very best our there and a must have even just with one set. I have 3 sets because what you pay for, it's a steal! Along with the Soundcore app your choices are limitless!

I bought them because i wanted to try the Open Ear headphones for the first time and i figured i might as well buy some cheap ones and i was impressed by the quality of these headphones. Music sounds good, they connect so fast to the phone (as soon as you take them out of the case), battery last long, and you can even pause and go to the next song by tapping on the sides (you can modify in the app the actions for each side). For the touch part it might take a small second to react initially but i don’t blame it for not having a higher quality touch pad, it still works very well and i don’t mind that small part. I have yet to try them for a run/exercise to see if they hold with movement, the loops are not uncomfortable when i wear them for a long period of time, and you can adjust the size. I would recommend it if you would like to try new headphones.

Compré estos auriculares para reemplazar unos intraurales de JBL porque, por alguna razón, empecé a desarrollar una dermatitis alérgica por ellos hace un tiempo. Necesitaba unos auriculares que no fuesen intraurales (ya que ahora me hacen daño), pero que tuvieran un gancho para sujetarlo a la oreja y evitar que se caigan todo el rato, así que opté por estos. Llevo ya un par de semanas con ellos y, de momento, estoy contentísima. Son unos auriculares comodísimos, fáciles de cargar y transportar y la batería dura muchísimo. Pesan muy poco, apenas te das cuenta de que los llevas puestos y no se caen. Los he llevado puestos mientras limpiaba cosas que requerían un poco de contorsionismo y se han mantenido en su sitio perfectamente. Además, no soy ninguna experta, pero diría que la calidad de sonido es muy buena para el precio que tienen. He tenido auriculares y cascos más caros con bastante peor sonido. Además, se pueden configurar fácilmente con una app, aunque la app no es imprescindible para usarlos. En resumen, muy satisfecha con la compra y espero que me duren muchos años.
