Read this before you buy it!
I wanted to leave an honest review in case this helps someone else. I took this supplement on and off for about a month. I was hoping for increased energy, focus, and overall drive. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. After a few weeks, I started feeling very flat emotionally. Not depressed or sad, just completely unmotivated. I felt less competitive, less excited about my goals, and I had a hard time finishing tasks at work. It wasn’t anxiety or stress, more like my drive was turned down to zero. Everyone’s body reacts differently, and some of the ingredients like ashwagandha and sea moss can affect hormones, cortisol, or thyroid levels depending on the person. That may not happen to everyone, but it did for me. I’m stopping it to see if things improve. I’m not saying it’s a bad product, just sharing my personal experience so others can monitor how they feel while taking it. If you start noticing low motivation or emotional flatness, it might be worth pausing.

Don't buy from Amazon!
Product is great but Amazon is consistently SEVERAL DAYS LATE in delivering it, so I will find a new source to buy from. Dr. Recommended, yet I miss days due to Amazons late deliveries, and it has happened TOO MANY TIMES!!!

Was expecting drops
Was expecting to get drops and hot gummies instead looked back at the order a what I had and it seems to have two different things. Some are similar but was hoping for the zinc and magnesium
