Great quality for price with probiotics. Suitable for vegans but does not contain iron so be sure to take it separately at a later time from this supplement contained magnesium as they cancel each other out. Do not cause stomach upset.

Good food based vitamins

Excellent full multivitamin, like still taking. Needed a multi I take mostly singles like, Zinc, D, C, K2 etc. but sometimein a hurry so this is great.

This is actually a good vitamin at a low price! The tablets are not too large, which makes swallowing them easy compared to some vitamins I've tried. The only drawback I can think of is that they do have a fairly strong vitamin smell, but it wasn't intolerable for me, and I'm smell-sensitive. I didn't really notice a taste, but I didn't let them sit on my tongue to test that out, because--yuck! The dose is 3 tablets daily, but I try to eat a balanced diet, so I only take 1 or 2 a day. As an added bonus, they are made in the US! They are a surprisingly good quality option at a reasonable price point.

Effectiveness:Love this product! You will go to the bathroom regularly if you have issues going. I did! And I’ve had issues for years

These are the best multivitamins I have tried! If I don’t take them, 3 a day, I don’t feel good and have no energy! They make me feel so revived and fresh and healthy that now I look forward to seeing life!
