These are the best Papads we have tasted. Cooking them very briefly yourself gives a flavour & crispness that ready mades just can't match. Also, they keep so well, the last package I open & use is as good as the first. I would never buy anything but Lijjat - and what a wonderful idea, a business that employs Indian women to give them a little earning & social skills.
